I have had the most horrible experience at this store. The "manager" was so unprofessional. His pants were hanging past his butt, his breath was horrible and his body order was gross! I just bought a new S24 4 days ago. My screen had a few lines going thru so I took my phone back to be exchanged. The "manager" would not assist me and told me to call 800 samsung. He said it's their problem. He even gave me a card to call to replace my screen. I called Samsung and they stated the store is responsible since it's within the 14 days. This guy STILL would not help me. I have been a loyal ATT for a long time and I'm beyond upset for the service given. I am just beyond dumbfounded of customer service this store gave!!

I went into the sparks location to purchase a new phone I was greeted by a young lady very nice and knowledgeable she helped me with all my concerns and had most of patience, and then a small white male approached who later I found out was a Manager I was very shocked due to his unprofessionalism and actions he approached her and asked what was she workin on she answered and he just stood there starring for about 4 minutes it was very uncomfortable he was also helping another customer he was constantly sighing and seemed very irritated to be helping him. He was also burping super loud he was super unpleasant to be around and made the experience not so great they definitely need to look into better management because he didn’t seem knowledgeable nor an example the reps actually seemed more knowledgeable and friendly than him.

Unfortunately majority of the staff members this holiday season seem to be clueless. Switched carriers that same day due to many miscommunications on purchasing a new phone.

Went into store to get new service and phones. Was told by girl she couldn't help us at 730pm because they close at 8pm. She was very short and rude. We told her we would go to another place to which she responded "okay" as we left. Very poor service. Lost customers today. I hope your boss reads reviews...

Went to store when my wife got off work at 6, we live in Fernley, we got to the store at 7:11 I opened the door to another couple, as I'm polite (no thank you from couple) one employee (only one in the store) was helping another customer, and afterward asked who was next...still being polite I let the other couple go first as I had opened the door for them...so after 15 minutes of the employee helping the other couple she asks us what we want, when I say new phones, she tells me that we should just go ahead and leave as she'll be unable to help us now...at 7:20 I mention that the only reason that we weren't before the other couple was my being polite...I get a dirty look and a shrug, my wife says that we could go to Verizon and the employee dismissed us with, that's fine! The other couple giggled. The employee smiled...and while we were in our car, other customers went in and seemed welcomed! I can't help but feel it was racist as the couple I allowed in before us were Mexican, and the last customers that seemed welcomed were also of Mexican heritages as was the employee! Maybe I'm wrong, but it's how it felt! I'm stopping my internet service and going to Verizon!

We went to this AT & T store at legends tonight to find some assistance with upgrading our phones and possibly changing plans to a better value. When we arrived - we were surprised to see that they have moved the store to a smaller office. We also noticed that the store was very filthy and there was hardly any sample phones to look at! There were people sitting around and one guy almost yelling into a phone appeared to be helping someone on the phone. Just as loudly he then asked us to tell him what brings us in. (We weren't sure if he was talking to us or still on the phone.) We asked if we could get some help with our account to see if we could find a better plan as ours was very expensive AND we wanted some help in upgrading our phones. There was a female working behind a desk and he looked at her and said "THEY JUST WANT TO GO OVER THEIR ACCOUNT"! I reminded him we also wanted to upgrade our phones. He was annoyed and it was obvious he was not happy about our being there. He talked very loud and condescendingly to us and said I can save you $22. So I asked again if there were any special deals for upgrading phones. He LOUDLY said - "You have been eligible for an upgrade for a long time - just pick some equipment out. I again asked if there were any deals and again he repeated with an awful attitude to just pick out some equipment and that was it. He is one of the rudest people we have ever had the misfortune to deal with! He was sooooo not interested in doing his job and had no intention of helping us - so after explaining how unhelpful he was - we left after being a LOYAL AT &T customer for 20 years! We had just been at T-Mobile to find out what they can offer and we were greeted by their staff with the warmest welcome and they were only too happy to be of assistance! It is a difference of night and day.....this office is a disaster! No wonder they had to move to a smaller office. (Please note that we went to another AT & T store and were greeted quite differently but there are no offers that compare to T-Mobile!) So tomorrow, we will no longer be with AT & T - but even if they had a better offer - we would have left after that treatment. We would give no stars if it were an option!

Manager helped me return my phone for a trade in. very rude and was rushing me out the store. When I asked about returning a case i purchased he said I don't still have a box for it so it's not "fair" and refused.

They acknowledge all customers when you come in even if they are busy helping other people. They are quick, efficient and nice. If you are coming to trade in a phone from purchasing another one, they know exactly what they are doing and I was only in the store for 5 minutes. Riley the manager was very helpful and a great multitasker. Thank you!!!!

Kind gentlemen named Thomas helped me out a bunch at this location. Was attentive and very resourceful. They didn't have much selection but that's okay the service was well worth it.

Needed to add this to the original post:I want it to be known that prior to visiting the AT& T store I was at the local pet store in Legends and was helped by 2 employees. One was a young man who had tattoos all over including his neck and face as well as facial piercings (looked someone you wouldn’t want to run into on a dark street alone), he was so polite, knowledgeable, funny and just truly a kind individual who obviously loves his job. The females appearance was extremely intimidating, maybe 6’2, 230 lbs, tattoos and missing her two front teeth (also someone you wouldn’t want to run into a a dark street alone). She was also so helpful. I’m a new Gecko owner (not by choice). She recommended different foods, supplements, educated me on how to keep crickets alive at home as well as tank temperature and lighting. And then to be treated as an inconvenience & interruption by the visually more appealing AT&T workers was crazy. Perfect example that it doesn’t matter what you look like, it’s who you are in your heart and soul that matter. Your either a kind empathetic person or your not.Beauty is skin deep, but ugly goes clear to the bone.Original post:The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER experienced. I can’t remember last time “customer service” was so rude and lacked any consideration, empathy for customer being inconvenienced with multiple trips to two different AT&T stores only to be told after waiting (again) to go to UPS. Hope the management reviews their videos to know how the customers are treated when the kids aren’t getting a commission or credit for the person in front of them, they truly could care less about the customer.

For all your mangers and bosses I would be very careful with your worker Thomas. Came in to the store 10 minutes before the store closed and the employee refused to help me. Do you guys close at 7:50 or do you guys close at 8. And when I called him out and asked for his name he went as far as to threaten me… for this reason you get a 1 star and I would consider firing Thomas. That fat bald guy.

I have spent over eight hours on the phone with AT&T trying to get an issue rectified. My first problem was they sent my phone to the wrong address and had to wait for the phone to come back in order to order another phone for my upgrade on August 1 I ordered a phone to be shipped out overnight and I’ve been trying to get that phone and they still have not shipped it out and they don’t know how to cancel the order. I have reached out by email and telephone every single day and no one is able to help me and just now I called they called me back and they hung up on me so I am livid I am the end. Wish I could cancel everything that I have with them.
