Katherine Nuñez she had great customer service and is very nice person. She also had an amazing personally she helped me with everything i needed. She was very helpful. I would definitely go bad and ask for her help.

Jerry was super helpful and understanding we had a couple of crazy requests and he was able to get all of our issues handled if you are getting jerked around at other locations try the Spanish springs location we were greeted by some one immediately explained our situation and waited maybe 10 min before Jerry came and set up all of our accounts I recommend this location if your time is valuable these guys will get you in and out

Kat was incredibly helpful to my mother and I. We had a lot of account restructuring to take care of and she was able to navigate us through. She was incredibly patient and kind and even though it took several hours. I’ve never had good experiences working with cell phone providers, but this time we felt heard and taken care of. We are grateful.

Recently moved back into the area, so ordering online and picking up my items were complicated. Thank you to Nicholas for being patient and updating my account information. I was able to add services to my account with no problem and walked out with a brand new Apple Watch. Highly recommend this site as they are relatable and proficient in customer service!

PLEASE do not shop at AT&T they rip you off and me and my family have been treated terribly. They cut off my phone data for 3 months (its still cut off) because we havent paid our “direct TV bill” (mind you WE DONT have direct tv at all) and they cut off my data for nothing. We told them their mistake and they have yet to fix it. They barley answer the phone for us when we need help with this and the only way to get my data back is it pay 1500$ for a freaking phone bill. AT&T SCAMMED US!!!

Gerry was amazing! He was there to help right when I walked in the door. He tried to trouble-shoot my problem and when he was not able to fix it, he made alternative and less expensive suggestions of how I might be able to resolve my issue. When those alternatives did not work, I returned to find out about upgrading my phones. Gerry was there once again and helped me upgrade my phone as well as my son's phone and walked me through the whole process even though I suspect he was just about to take his lunch break when I walked in the door the 2nd time. Top notch customer service, Gerry!

Beware of the bait and switch. My wife went in with three phone to trade up. All three are paid for and out of contract. The sales man Izoac looks at the phones and explains that two of the phones have cracks in them. He says if you get them fixed you will be eligible for $1000 dollar towards a new phone. We order three new phones which are not in stock. He tells us that if you get the phones fixed and bring them in within 30 days, we will get the credit and the new phones will only cost $300 bucks each. The new phones arrive 2 days later. We spend $600 getting the trade in phones fixed. Another$465 getting cases and screen protectors for the new phones. We go in to exchange the old phones and the offer is $350 per phone leaving us with a $3000 dollar bill on top of the $1065 we have already spent on the accessories for the new phones.Izoac admits to telling us that, but the manager says he is new and should not have told us that, but they do nothing to right the wrong. Horrible. At one point they tell my wife if she cusses again they will throw us out. We tell them to take the new phones back and we will go to Verizon. They then tell us they are going to charge a restock fee.They then explain several ways of exploiting their system by buying phone of the internet and the returning those for a higher credit.This store should stick with the offer quoted. The restocking fee was the icing on the cake.Bad business practice ATT and whomever owns this store. Bait and switch and lack of follow through on deals that are made. Train your employees or eat the lost when they mess up. You should be ashamed.Get it in writing or buyer beware. Bad business practice with no recourse.Go to the store on Plumb Ln. they will assist you.

On our recent visit to the AT&T store on Los Altos in Sparks, my husband I had the pleasure of working with Wes Nicholls. As seniors, some of the tech stuff can be a little confusing. Wes was so patient and explained things in a way we could understand. He helped us with options for new phones and set us up for success. Wes is a real asset to the AT&T team!
