Bought an alternator online, used my VIN to make sure the part fit. Go figure when it doesn’t. Go to return at this store where Jordan was completely horrid to talk to and work with while trying to figure out how to return the part and turns out they can’t do it in store and have no idea what the process is whatsoever. Miserable experience at a miserable company with miserable employees.

This store is the worst, starting from the manager, the staff does not seem to care at all about their job, they can’t even look for a part, they’d rather say they don’t have the part at all. Never coming back again

My husband is constantly sending me to autozone for parts he needs for his projects. Marilyn always seems to be there with a friendly smile and a helpful hand. AutoZone isn't a dream shopping trip for a women but it is nice to go in and see the same friendly face and know that your husband is going to be happy when you get home with the right part.

I ran into some problems with my truck and needed help figuring out what was wrong and what part I needed to fix it. Marilyn went above and beyond to help me. She was friendly and very helpful. I will definitely return to this location in the future.

Got a 2 star, cuz u had my power steering fluid (I'm a gal, who walked around the circumfrence of the store b4 I found it. Oh well, no bigs (They were ordering dinner). Marilyn H. was NOT a customer service person. She was rude, I'll just leave it there.

Employee was disrespectful and lied to my face. I wasn't given an option in the parts I was choosing. Instead I was given the value craft which are typically cheap remans that last not even two months. When I ask if I could get the duralast parts he said they were out of stock when the website said this location had more 5 available. I dint appreciate being lied to.

They may have moved loctions but their unwillingness to actually help or find help when they don't know something remains.
Jayson L knows nothing. Certainly shouldn't be overseeing a store or people. Doesn't understand basic parts or customer service.
**Went across the street to O'Reilly's, walked to the radiator hose wall and found the hose I needed in 15 seconds. But Jayson, and I quote, "Don't have time to do that."
