THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!
I went in the day after I bought tail light replacement bulbs to exchange them for the correct bulbs (they looked up on the computer and gave me the wrong ones) and as I went to go the grab the correct ones one of the employee just shouts out no these aren't under warranty and I said I just want to exchange them. I didn't get a paper receipt from them (it was emailed to me) I figured it should be in the computer under my info. A different employee ask if this was on my phone number and I said yes, as he is looking it up the other employee keeps shouting across the store no can't do without a receipt, very RUDE said I can show them on my phone, so I go outside to get my phone to look it up, come back in and he and I am assuming manager (he was in a different shirt) but just as RUDE, continue with the WORST customer service ever. I finally got my correct bulbs and the first RUDE employee follows me outside acting like he wanted to fight me (a 60 year old woman). It's a good thing the manager walked him back in the store he had to do it more than once. Terrible Customer Service, very RUDE AND CONFRONTATIONAL. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. Maybe I interrupted them just all standing around and kicking it.

Every single time I go to this Auto Zone or O'Rileys when I need something that's NOT behind the counter I struggle waiting for like 10 20 30 minutes to simply be rung up. Figure it out folks..this is VERY ANNOYING especially since most places convenience their customer's with Self Check Out (it is 2025 by the way). If you claim "we will NEVER have Self Check out" the least you can do is ring people up so they can be on their way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Owner or manager whichever one, was a total jerk to me. I pulled in with my trailer to make a return for an ac part, my husband ran in while I tried to back my trailer up. I ended up needing some help and he demanded I move my truck. The store is empty, I explained my husband was coming out to move it, he proceeded to grab my husband out from the store and made him move it right then and there. It appears he also treats his employees poorly.

not sure if it was because i dressed in a very feminine way with lots of pink that day or if i was a lot younger than him, but ron, an employee much older than me discouraged me from using the engine diagnostic cable in my 2007 honda cr-v because it wouldn’t “mean anything to [me].” sir, i was trying to see if anything’s wrong with my engine? even though the symbol went away, i still wanted to make sure my car was running smoothly. and you’re supposed to be an expert at cars and explain things to me once i bring back the cable and ask if there’s anything i don’t understand, but nope. it wouldn’t “mean anything to me”. he still offered to give me the cable, but i declined. he even ignored me after i thanked him for his time.
the guy at the autozone/pep boys in smithridge were much more helpful and even thought what was said at this autozone was rude. he happily gave me the cable and printed out the page that appeared when he plugged the cable into his computer. definitely going to this one again, and possibly the one in oddie as well.

Ron roques was extremely rude and sexist, I tried to get a new battery for my car and he was talking to me like I was dumb and said comments like “that doesn’t mean anything to me” when I was trying to explain to him what my engine type was and I didn’t really know.

Great store with a friendly knowledgeable staff. My wife went in for a battery and they installed it right then and there.

I want to say that the two gentlemen that helped me out were so kind and very helpful they both went above and beyond their duty . It was about closing time and they still took time to make sure I was good to get back on the road .

Kevin one of the assistant workers was very helpful I’m so impressed I went to a previous AutoZone was very not the best, told me I needed a brand new battery right off the bat. But when I came to this AutoZone, Jason greeted me and helped me with my situation he took the time to inspect my battery, and the previous store didn’t I did not need a new battery. I just needed charge since Jason is so experience he knew my situation, and now I will forever be coming to this AutoZone save me a lot of money. Thank you so much Jason your the best ?

Shout out to Ron the Angel! This review is for an event that happened on Nov 20th - was trying to put a new battery in the car FOB when it slipped out of my hand and broke apart. Ron painstakingly put my FOB together which took about 25 mins! He was an angel as we (the kiddo, the dog, and I) were on a road trip for Thanksgiving! PS Autozone on Roberta Ln, Sparks, NV has ALWAYS been helpful!

I had a bad warranty battery. The customer service was horrible. 3hrs later I had a new battery from another store. I will go to that store first.
