Kevin one of the assistant workers was very helpful I’m so impressed I went to a previous AutoZone was very not the best, told me I needed a brand new battery right off the bat. But when I came to this AutoZone, Jason greeted me and helped me with my situation he took the time to inspect my battery, and the previous store didn’t I did not need a new battery. I just needed charge since Jason is so experience he knew my situation, and now I will forever be coming to this AutoZone save me a lot of money. Thank you so much Jason your the best ?

Shout out to Ron the Angel! This review is for an event that happened on Nov 20th - was trying to put a new battery in the car FOB when it slipped out of my hand and broke apart. Ron painstakingly put my FOB together which took about 25 mins! He was an angel as we (the kiddo, the dog, and I) were on a road trip for Thanksgiving! PS Autozone on Roberta Ln, Sparks, NV has ALWAYS been helpful!

I had a bad warranty battery. The customer service was horrible. 3hrs later I had a new battery from another store. I will go to that store first.

These people sold me brake pads and forgot to tell me they didn't come with new clips. Meanwhile while my car is tore apart I notice no new clips it was a fun 4 mile walk & they didn't even have the part in stock but O'Reilly Auto Parts two blocks away did. Guess who is getting my business from now on? Not AutoZome that is for sure.

Went in to get a warranty on a battery, battery was bad, it tested bad. Older manager was super rude and treating customers like they're stupid. Completely unprofessional.

Was at AutoZone today waiting for a friend to get back from the bank to buy a coolant hose and then this older employee there drives a Subaru currently has something in his leg waited in his car and then proceeded to come next to us and start cussing say to leave to take our shit off his property saying we were making a transaction just because he had money in his hand and was asking me what that part was called before going inside to buy it he also threaten to report us to the police for no reason at all will be going back just to ask for his name and will be filing a report on him VERY disrespectful and will never shop there again hoping AutoZone can take action on it as it's not the first time I've dealed with him or others have!

Had no problem switching out the battery in my truck and was extremely polite about it 10/10 would always recommendRicky was a very good worker and helped me switch out my battery

Plenty of parking with Handicap parking. Other shopping and eateries close.AutoZone employees were very helpful locating items on my need list!!

I tried get some led light bulbs and asked a guy named kevin and he said they dont sell them so i left and ordered some online then i had to come back and get some electric tape and when i went i saw alot of led headlight and he was very disrespectful.

Great customer service!! Kevin was awesome! He switched out my battery and made sure everything was right on it, and even gave me some tips on some other things he found. Service with a smile, thank you!!
