Needed a new battery for my truck, they had what I needed and got me in right away, they installed the new battery in about 30 minutes and I was on my way. I would definitely recommend them.

Went in to have my moms power-scooter batteries check out. They were very nice, said it would take a couple of days to test the batteries for me to see if I needed to buy any or not.

I've been to the Batteries Plus store on Prater on two separate occasions for auto batteries and been 100% satisfied on both visits. Professionalism, price, and expectations were exceeded on both visits. I can only highly recommend them to others. I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

2.5 years ago, I purchased a special battery for my X5 BMW SUV. At that time, Dustin removed the old battery and replaced with the Batteries Plus battery. For the past six weeks, I have noticed the battery beginning to fail and I have to charge it every few days if I’m not driving the vehicle. I called Batteries Plus yesterday and to my surprise discovered the battery was still under warranty! Today, I drove to Batteries Plus met with Ryan, the store manager who immediately assessed the situation, removed the failing battery and replaced it with a brand new battery. Wow! X5 BMW battery compartments are not the easiest for access. Ryan provided outstanding customer service with this battery replacement. Thank you for no hassle and for honoring the warranty.

Isaiah and Heather here are great to work with! I dropped in to have the back glass on my phone replaced and they did it quickly and for far less than anyone in town would have charged. Very nice folks! Highly recommended. I will be back and I will refer everyone here for any device repair, batteries or bulbs.

I have been going to Batteries and Bulbs for many years and I have always been satisfied with their service and products. The other day the battery in my vehicle died. I was able to charge it enough to get the car started so I headed over to Batteries and Bulbs. They checked it out and determined that it was no longer serviceable. They had one in stock and had it in my vehicle in no time.They are able to hook up a small battery while they install the new one so no radio presets or any other electronic settings are lost. There is no charge for installing the battery. A Warranty comes with the battery, of course, and they always stand by the coverage in case there is a problem before the time runs out, which was the case with my battery. I was very satisfied with their service and how quickly I was back on the road and would highly recommend them.
