First time here, was not offered a menu to choose pedicure. Nor was I offered a free drink that was offered to others who sat down. That’s how I realized I wasn’t offered one! Then the gel pedicure was very sloppy. She didn’t cover the big toe nail entirely with polish. On the other foot, another toe was rigid & polish not complete. She had to refix. I came here cause it was close after running my errands. NOT AGAIN!

Ginger did an amazing job on my nails, she did exactly what I asked for (french nails with black tip) they came out beautifully. I could tell she has a lot of experience and loves what she does.
My sister also came in with me and had a different experience. She got acrylic nails done by “the boss” (I didn’t catch her name) they were not properly filled and were flat and lumpy and the nail polish was messy. So 1 ⭐️ for her.

If I could, I would give zero stars. This was by far one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The service was unprofessional, and the staff's attitude made me feel completely disrespected.

This place clearly DOESN’T NEED CUSTOMERS!!!!
The staff was fine, but the owner’s attitude was unbelievably rude.
I couldn’t believe how unprofessional she was when I asked a simple question. After reading other reviews, I realized I’m not the only one many people have complained about her behavior.
It makes you wonder how the staff is treated behind the scenes, and what kind of business this is running.
If they keep treating customers this way, I doubt anyone will want to come back.

I came in to remove my old acrylic nails. It took almost an hour, and the tech barely spoke to me the whole time. When I went to pay, they charged me $45! I was shocked — no one ever mentioned the price. I’ve done this service before for $10–$15. This was a total rip-off.
I left feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. I won’t be returning.

The worst part of my visit was how rude and dismissive the staff were. They barely acknowledged me, talked over me, and rolled their eyes when I asked questions. It felt like they didn’t care at all. Terrible customer service.

I booked an appointment via phone because the salon was listed and accepting bookings. I showed up on time, only to be told they were fully booked and couldn't take me. What’s worse, the staff told me I should never book online even though that’s how they’re advertising their services. Unprofessional.

As someone who also runs a business, I really didn't want to leave this kind of review but after multiple disappointing visits, I feel like I have to speak up. Let’s talk about the pedicures first. I treat myself once a month, it’s my little self-care time as a busy mom of three. I expect it to be relaxing, but the so-called “massage” lasted maybe 30 seconds and felt more like a quick pat than anything soothing. My heels were still rough afterward, and it looked like they barely touched them with the buffer.
Then there’s the manicure. I always get builder gel on my natural nails, which are long and healthy. The tech didn’t clean up my cuticles properly, and she painted over my skin literally all around the nail bed. The shape was totally uneven, and when I asked for rounded tips, she told me I’d need acrylics to get that look. I’ve been getting rounded nails for years without acrylics, so that made no sense. And again, no massage afterward which is supposed to be part of the service.
This has happened more than once, so it’s not just a one off bad day. They rush through the process like they’re racing a timer. Sure, it's a few bucks cheaper than other salons nearby, but honestly, you really do get what you pay for.

I can no longer support this business until they start setting higher standards for their employees work and customer service. I am only leaving this review because this business has had multiple opportunities to learn from their mistakes and to start listening to what their customers are telling them in these reviews. These reviews are meant to help you be better but until you start taking accountability for your own actions, your customers and employees will continue to leave and go elsewhere.

As a fellow business owner myself I really hate leaving this review but I've had bad service here so many times. Let's start with the pedicures. This is a luxury service that we pay good money for. As a mom of 3 who works full time and runs a business it's a once a month thing for me to treat myself. Usually it comes with a nice massage at the end right? Well I guess if you call a 45 second slapping on your leg it's a massage then. My feet are constantly still dry and doesnt feel like they buff it at all. Then there's the pedicure. I have long natural nails so I always get the builder gel manicure. They don't trim all the cuticles, she painted all the way over the bottom of my nail to the skin and it's all over the sides. The shape is completely uneven and in order for me to even get a round nail I had to argue with her. She tried to tell me I needed a full set of acrylics to get a rounded nail when my nails are plenty long and I've never had another place tell me this. There is no massage after the manicure which it's supposed to come with. Like I said this is a consistent thing here and it just feels like they rush you in and out. It is $5 cheaper here than the place down the street but seriously you get what you pay for.

If I could do no stars, I would. It’s been a moment since I’ve been but the OWNER IS RUDE! She was upset that we were paying card and tipping on there instead of using cash. She wasn’t friendly at all about the transaction or just in general. I’ve never had an owner huff and puff at us. Do not support this business. She is not customer service friendly at all and seem annoyed she was doing 5 of my coworkers nails. Really not sure how this nail salon is even open anymore and polish chipped quickly on my toes which never happens.

Went in there to simply get an old acrylic set removed. I asked that she soak them off rather than rip them off. She did so and I sat there for about an hour soaking them and she would come file them down every once in a while. Once the acrylic was off, she kept asking me if I wanted polish and I said no, but I asked her to just do a clear coat. When I went to pay, they charged me $45!!!! I said “$45???? I pay that for a fill!!!” she said “no, our fills are $50”. Let me preface, I don’t normally get my nails done here, so that isn’t my problem and it was honestly irrelevant. I was trying to make the point that it was ridiculously priced. I only stopped in for this service because of the convenience. But $45 for a soak off is absolutely INSANE. Normally when I do this, it’s $10-$15. What a waste of my time and money. She didn’t once clarify this with me, I have had my nails soaked off there once before and it was $15, so naturally that is what I expected. I will never consider them to do even a small task like that again. I’m pissed
