“I do not normally leave reviews, but because of Aidens amazingness I had to. I called because my package had not shipped and I had already received my other parts from another online bike parts retailer that I ordered the same dayS The guy then told me they would ship that day. Fast forward to three days later they still had not shipped. I called again and got Aiden. He looked things up and noticed that the parts had been packaged several days before I called the first time so he did some more calling. Aiden actually followed up later in the day and was very sorry for the delay. He promised they were being shipped that day and they were. He explained they had some warehouse issues, but said next time I ordered they should be sorted. Aiden saved the day and future purchases.”
