“I do not normally leave reviews, but because of Aidens amazingness I had to. I called because my package had not shipped and I had already received my other parts from another online bike parts retailer that I ordered the same dayS The guy then told me they would ship that day. Fast forward to three days later they still had not shipped. I called again and got Aiden. He looked things up and noticed that the parts had been packaged several days before I called the first time so he did some more calling. Aiden actually followed up later in the day and was very sorry for the delay. He promised they were being shipped that day and they were. He explained they had some warehouse issues, but said next time I ordered they should be sorted. Aiden saved the day and future purchases.”

“He was a big help and actually stayed open a little longer to help my son and I with his bike. Amazing customer service and will be looking into getting a new bike from here soon”

“Pedal Sports was great! I had a flat + gear shifter issues. My bike was ready one day earlier than estimated. The tune up and 2 tubes cost a little more than my bike, NOT because they were unfairly priced but because I got the cheapest mountain bike on Amazon lol Dom, the bike mechanic who performed my tuneup, was spoken very highly of by who I assume to be the owner/manager. He politely informed me I had installed one part backwards, resolved my shifter issues, tightened my brakes, straightened my handlebars relative to my front tire, cleaned and lubed my gears, and who knows what else. It's genuinely better than new, and I'm glad to be out riding again. Will absolutely be back here if I decide to purchase a bike or have any more work done!”

“Bought a Specialized frameset from these guys and had a great experience. Shipping was incredibly fast; received next day. I also had a question about another item in my order and reached out to customer service. I got a response back within minutes. Would definitely buy from them again.”
