I'm actually really late putting in my review but I still haven't forgotten how pleased I was with the service. Went in to ask about getting a quart of oil which is something they don't normally do but they did for me. In return after talking with the gentleman at the counter it would be wise to get an oil change so I made an appointment. The gentleman at the counter I believe his name is Chris was very friendly, very informative. John was very nice as well. He even sent me a text a few months later to ask how everything was. Who does that anymore. They do. I would recommend them to everyone. Trust worthy, knowledgeable, helpful. Its been almost a year since I went to them and I'm sorry my review is late. Thank you so much.

The team are truly experienced BMW experts with a deep working knowledge of all things from basic service and maintenance to performance mods and catastrophic repair. They take the time to understand the customers needs and work to provide economical solutions while ensuring a standard of quality expected on a BMW. A simple example is their use of Liquid Moly oil when performing oil changes vs. lower quality oil. Another example is the research they conducted and options provided to me on an aftermarket performance exhaust for my 2019 M850i (tuned)

Awesome crew. Superior service at a fair price…much more reasonable than dealer. Very comprehensive inspection w a complete breakdown of costs. Chris (and the backshop) were extremely helpful in helping me sort the items needing immediate attention and those that were not critical to my current MX needs.
My 10th year using them…they stand behind their work.
Definitely 5 stars!

My BMW X3 wouldn’t start Friday morning. Had it towed to your shop. Filled out the dropoff form and left the keys and my car. First thing Monday I got notified you were checking out my car. Tuesday I was notified what was wrong and Wednesday my car was fixed. I am a very happy customer. My car runs great again. I will be returning for regular maintenance. I would recommend your shop to anyone looking for BMW repair services. Thank you

These guys are great! I made my appointment. They got me in as soon as possible and we’re pretty reasonable cost wise. They sent me a nice reminder about my appointment. They did everything as promised and gave me really great information on how to care for my new to me BMW💖🚙. It was a great experience and I’m so glad to know I can count on them to answer questions and give me help with my fun new car🤓
