I recently visited the Boot Barn in Sparks with my mother to find attire for her upcoming wedding, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional.
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Caedon, who was friendly and ready to assist with any questions we had. His welcoming demeanor set a positive tone for our shopping experience.
Our primary helper, Michelle, truly went above and beyond in her efforts to ensure we found the perfect items.
She provided outstanding service, from conditioning the boots we selected to offering personalized assistance to my mother in the fitting rooms.
Michelle’s attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction made our visit enjoyable and stress-free.
Thanks to the incredible service from Caedon and Michelle, we left Boot Barn with everything we needed and a great sense of gratitude.

Horrible customer service and the employees decide on the fly how they do returns. Bought a pair of work shoes here one time and wore them for a few days and the steel toes were to tight and it killed my feet. They let me return them no problem. This exact same issue happened again but this time the soles of the shoe had my feet to the point that I almost could not walk on them. They said no return because the tags were not on the shoe anymore but the last pair I had worn them almost a entire week and no issues with returning them. So why the change.

We weren't greeted upon entering like everyone else and the entire staff proceeded to pretend like we weren't there. They would walk past but not look our way or ask if we needed help.

I brought in a coupon, and the cashier took it, but did not give me my $15 discount. I even asked before paying if she gave me my discount and she said yes. It was after I got home and checked my receipt that I saw she didn't give me the discount.

Boots.. and boots.. and boots.. and more boots. There is something for everyone at my local BootBarn. From workwear to western styles, BootBarn has got it all. Need a hat? Need a belt? Need a shirt? They got that too. Friendly staff, huge selection, competitive prices. Stop reading this review... go get you some boots.
