“Wow, how refreshing to shop at Mastercraft Hardwood Lumber. Beyond their stellar selection of hardwoods, burls, lathe blanks, moulding, sheet goods, tools and sharpening service- the employees are great/fantastic! Helpful, patient, attentive and intelligent. Merchants should take a field trip to MHL to learn how business should be done. MHL - OLD SCHOOL all the way.”

“The place is very clean and easy to find what your looking for. The staff are polite and very helpful going so far as to offer me a wet wipe for my reading glasses to browse their catalog. I was in and out in no time with little to no pain. But thats not their fault tools can tend to be pricey. Overall id spend my money there again. So I give them 5 stars.”

“This review and rating is specifically for a customer service worker at Lowes, at Scheel's. Candy is her name and she is the friendliest person over the phone. I had a problem with an order and she followed through to the end to resolve this. Everybody else just tells you you'll get a call back, and then nothing. She completely took care of my issue because she gave a damn. Now Lowes does not get the same rating . I would complain here but I don't want it to reflect on Candy. She's to good to work there, seriously. And concerning Lowes itself, I think the other reviewers have already spoken. Thanks again Candy. Sincerely John X.”

“The service by Jerry is by far the best I have ever seen. Jerry is a wonderful person, great with kids and fur animals. He remembers your name and greets everyone boldly as they enter the store. He doesn't mind helping getting in there to do what is right and providing first class service. He should be the employee of the year based on his customer service. Epic guy!!”
