This is the worst repair company you could ever use. They don't return calls and they try to get away with repairing as cheaply as possible so they can get the most money from my insurance. I would NEVER RECOMMEND them to anyone.

We’ve used Caliber Collision four times for repairs and had good experiences at both the Carson City and Sparks locations.

The shop in sparks has had my vehicle for over a month for a door ding to the driver side rear door, after over a month the vehicle is still not repaired after countless times of being told it was ready to go. There is additional damage to the vehicle that will also now have to be corrected. OVER A THOUSAND DOLLARS IN ADDITIONAL DAMAGES. This experience has been horrific. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.
7/18/25: Update- you’ll be shocked to hear I reached out to “management” per the email in their response and they’ve still yet to get back to me. This place is an actual joke.

This business has the worst communication I have ever encountered including terrible customer service. I had to bring my car back in twice for further repairs. No communication during the entire process and even escalated it to the manager and still no response. I have sent multiple emails and messages.

Hey guys my car was involved in a minor collision & let me tell you guys from costumer service to even when getting my car back these guys right here took care of me 100%. yeah the pick up date was a little late and little dirty in the inside but it’s okay we are humans and make mistakes lol. But just wanted to take the time to thank you Ken , Rachel and sorry if I spell it wrong but Joana & I know missing someone else but I forget her name but I’m forever thankful for the service you guys did 😊.
