If your looking for a bank that holds all your checks for a month, charges fees equal to your paycheck, locks your account every other day so that you have to spend hours on the phone, bends you over, takes all your money, and leaves you feeling like you've just been robbed at gunpoint: this is the bank for you!

Best branch staff I've ever worked with! The branch manager, DJ and manager JoAnn were incredible and helpful. I was a victim of fraud with my Chase business account, and the short of it is, DJ was refreshingly great at his job. Professional, knowledgeable, communicative, and truly went above and beyond to rectify a convoluted and very stressful situation. This experience with this branch has ensured a loyal Chase customer.Thank you!

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH CHASE BANK. My brother who lives in New Zealand but has investments in US, closed out his US investments. Yes, the check were issued in his name. He did not have an active US bank account. So he was required to get a New Zealand attorney to issue a power of attorney (POA) with apostille. The POA listed me to executed all financial matters for him. SO CHASE BANK TAKES THE CHECKS ($15,000) and the POA listing me by name to conduct business. Chase opens a bank account in his name but will not allow me or him to conduct any business regarding the funds. And get this, THEY LOCKED THE ACCOUNT AND THEY WILL NOT REFUND THE MONEY THAT THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE ACCEPTED IN THE FIRST PLACE. The idiots at Chase keep coming up with excuses as to why no funds can be released. They want him to travel to US to appear in person!!! This has been going on for months and months. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH CHASE BANKS. They are a bunch of crooks!!!

March is National Disability Awareness MonthWinter 2022 / 2023 and Spring 2023 has been one for a lot of snow and ice. I noticed many businesses unacceptably failing to keep their sidewalks free of snow and ice. This Chase Bank is one of them. I complained to who was purported to me to be a manager. This manager was young, able-bodied and couldn't be bothered to tell me their name. They made it clear they didn't understand my complaint about their sidewalks with snow and ice upon them. Sidewalks and curb cuts are lifelines for many people with disabilities, disabled Veterans and for senior population. Snowy, icy sidewalks are more disabling on people with disabilities than their disabilities. It's a dangerous situation for pedestrians, who risk slipping on snow or ice ice or being hit by vehicles. For people, or disabled Veteran, with disabilities such as mobility issues or visual impairment (ice is often hard to see), snow and ice on sidewalks and streets poses a formidable to deadly challenge.Disabled people and disabled Veteran are being denied equal access and opportunity. If a sidewalk is snowy or icy and one is on a cane, walker, crutches, a cast, or in a wheelchair and try to go through snow or hit a patch of ice, they could very easily veer off the curb into the street or into a ditch or fall down or turn over. There's a whole list of horrible things that could happen from cuts, bruises, sprains, broken bones, head and face injuries to concussions to death. For people with disabilities, including disabled Veterans, trying to navigate the snow- and ice-covered sidewalks is impossible at best and dangerous at worst.Chase Bank is NOT disabled-friendlyChase Bank is NOT disabled Veteran-friendlyChase Bank is not Senior-friendlyChase Bank violated people's Civil RightsChase Bank ignores Sparks Municipal CodeChase Bank ignores Americans with Disabilities ActChase Bank has an attitude problemChase Bank is a BIG FAT ZERO at disability awarenessChase Bank's "blame the disabled or disabled Veteran victim" attitude is always close to the surface in discussions of winter conditions and disabilityDisabled people and disabled Veterans are already juggling an incredibly complex array of planning and coping strategies just to survive and enjoy a little freedom the able-bodied take for granted. It is quite literally not too much to ask when disabled people and disabled Veterans demand clear sidewalks, safe ramps, and the ability to move about freely in their own communities just as freely as do the able-bodied.Sparks Municipal Code has a law about snow and ice on sidewalks, but you wouldn't know it around Chase Bank.Section 12.16.035 - Maintenance of sidewalks.A. Property Owners shall be responsible for the general maintenance of a sidewalk in the public right-of-way that abuts the property of the owner, including, without limitation, sweeping, removal of snow, ice and weeds, and maintenance preventing any grass, shrubs or trees from encroaching upon the sidewalk.B. In the event snow and ice on a sidewalk become so hard that it cannot be removed without likelihood of damage to the sidewalk, the person or entity charged with its removal shall cause enough sand or other abrasive to be put on the sidewalk to make travel thereon reasonably safe. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) covers accessible routes and pathways, both under government as well as private business responsibilities. The ADA also covers accessible parking. The mayor of Sparks, its elected officials and its employees who themselves are NOT disabled-friendly or disabled Veteran-friendly should be enforcing the ordinance against these not disabled-friendly or not disabled Veteran friendly Sparks businesses and those Sparks businesses that are not complying should be fined. And if these Sparks businesses just aren't motivated to do the right thing or aren't worried about a City of Sparks fine, the maximum civil penalty for a first violation under Title III of the ADA can be up to $75,000. Injured people can bring

This is the worst chase branch I've ever been to. I've had problems with my account and I come in for help and they brush me off and make me call the toll free number, there's only one teller so if you're in line you'll wait for so long. These people here are never helpful. Been to this branch about 7 times. Every time was awful.

I would select a negative star if I can. As some people in this review wrote, this location somehow conducts the business by racially profiling people. If you’re not white, you should go somewhere else. I am a non-white American. In the morning of a Saturday, I went in this bank. A woman at the front greeted me and told me to stay in the line at the counter. While I was waiting for my turn, she was just standing there. As soon as it was my turn, a white man walked in. That greeting woman suddenly moved her bud and start serving at the counter. When I complained this to their “system manager”, he told me to go somewhere else. How would you feel if you are treated like that? I was going to close my account at Chase but the other Chase location treated me by fair manner. If this happened twice, I would have definitely closed my account at Chase.

I came into the bank looking to open an account with Chase. Walk ins are NOT Welcome. Despite having an empty office and parking lot and two employees talking amongst each other as I walked in (one of them being a banker) they both went into the office to “check their availability” & one of them came out stating that the banker was busy and asked me to return in 50 minutes.

We were between the reserve and preferred and the first time we came to the branch, Chris was really thorough and helpful in not only answering our questions but sharing his personal experience with the card options. He really helped us to make an informed decision so we came back and applied in person with him. Was really pleased with our experience thus far.

They opened a checking account, I funded it and they closed my account from access. Said they fear fraud .. That is great. Glad your checking. Made me drive 60 miles to clear it up, I get there and I'm told I have to call customer service. THEY ARE THE ONES WHO SAID TO GO TO THE BANK. My account is still locked out. I'm waiting another 2 hours for a call back. What a bad bank. The MGR said never return. LOL. ? ?

My wife went to Chase today to do a simple beneficiary change and they said they were to busy. She was told to check online for times since they were very busy. This was being said as 4 other employees were standing around with NO other customers inside. We have been a customer of Chase for over 25 years including mortgages. Well, we are no longer a customer and have closed our accounts.

Dont bank with them or call them. They'll chase you out or tell you over there booked till next month to set a account with them. It to bad they don't care at this branch near the mall. Wish them the best. Hope it worth it not letting people set an account with you.
