Have banked at Chase for 15 years, polite and gracious. Good counsel regarding investment banking and return on investment. Top notch in my book! Highly recommend!

Lack of proper customer service. All they did was make excuses for his “new” account that was opened on 5/8/25. They literally froze his account and moved his money to a holding account. The direct deposit of payroll was held in pending mode. When his ATM card finally arrived, he called to activate i, but still couldn’t get money out. He still couldn’t get into his account in the app on phone or computer. His money was unavailable for 12 days. Banks cannot withhold your money from you unless there’s a lien or IRS order. They absolutely just made excuses to him every time we stopped in or called. We took hours of our time to go to the branch on 4 separate occasions. Never ever heard of a bank doing what they did. Online it states, “customers have to have access to their money and be able to make a withdrawal at a personal teller”. The did not! As of yesterday he go some money from teller, but the rest of his money was still not in his account. More excuses! This is blatant incompetence.

Horrible service!!! I went in to request a debit card and watch as the lady typed away on the computer doing anything but order me a debit card. I waited over 2 weeks for a card that was never ordered. Won’t be going back to this Chase again. Please hire new people who can actually do the job.

There always seems to be a problem when I go in this branch....bad attitudes once...slow workers and only one teller another time...always something! I tried to get access inside after hours to use the ATM...couldn't get in...go figure!...I had to go all the way to the Spanish Springs branch!

I recently opened a checking account with Chase and couldn't be more impressed. Diego Maldonando, who assisted me through the process, provided exemplary service. Not only did he guide me through the account setup seamlessly, but he also took the time to thoroughly explain all the associated policies and fees.

Did Walmart buy Chase? This branch is closest to my house but one I use the least. Standing in line to do business with the teller, I'm told by another banker/teller in the lobby to be patient as the other teller window remains closed (only two booths). So, me and others are standing there as someone who can take care of our transactions is standing there watching us. First, not really comfortable with someone watching over me in line when I'm there to do business, as I've done for years without stealing too many pens and lollipops. Second, wouldn't it contribute to greater customer satisfaction if we didn't have to stand there while someone who could handle our transactions is watching us? "Well, the other booth can't handle your transaction." Is it broken? As a bank, can't you use some of that money you've collected in overdraft fees over the years to fix the equipment? You're certainly saving money on human resources with fewer tellers and bankers. I mean, as a tax payer, I know I helped lend Chase $25 billion in the 2000's. Where is all the money for customer services?

Let me tell you how bad Chase is. I have multiple accounts with different banks and institutions. Recently I transferred a few thousand dollars from one of my accounts into my Chase account. The funds were debited as reflected in my account balance but Chase policy is to hold the funds before posting them to my Chase account. How long is the hold? How about FIVE days! You read right. I transferred my own money into Chase. The money disappears from my other bank and goes into Chase....for days...before it gets credited to my Chase account. How is that legal?Follow up. After posting this review, I deposited a check for $2K yesterday and it cleared right away. Amazing! Here is what Chase is up to. I understand waiting for a check to clear. That takes a day or so. Holding a check or a transfer of funds for FIVE days is called making money "on the float". Insurance companies do this too. It's a way they use your money to enrich themselves. This post isn't directed at one particular branch. It is directed at Chase in general. So if they do this to you, complain. Its a totally arbitrary policy applied on a "case by case" basis.

Since you decided to put a 10 day hold on my check in spite of the fact that you've never had any issues with my account I will be finding a new bank. You will have none of my $ in your bank. I'll go where my business is appreciated. They held my money for no reason other than to use it to create profit for themselves for 10 days. Total B.S.

Called to get help with a check transferred to my boyfriend and when he gets there they denied him access to the check even though he had his Id, like we were told over the phone. ? 100% unprofessional and disappointing because now we have to find another chase bank that is capable of helping us.

Don't let the halo fool you, I like a good fight. After my negative experience with Greater Nevada Credit Union and First America Credit Union , I ended up with Chase Bank. At this Chase Bank location, (I am elderly and disabled) the door is always opened for me by a Chase employee when I arrive. I am always greeted at the door, asked what I need, asked if I need water, directed to what I need, satisfactorily helped, and then always told good-bye by name at the door and to have a good day. The business is clean. No one here has lied to me, that I know of. They have always put in writing what they tell me. They have always answered up-front all my questions. Chase Bank opened my bank account with them with just my US Department of Defense id and my US Department of Veterans Affairs id; and since I wasn't seeking credit from them didn't pull my credit report. So far, Chase Bank is doing exactly why I brought my money to Chase Bank. Chase Bank has a special program that has many cool benefits for we Veterans in gratitude for our military Service. We Veterans are an extraordinary rare 7% of the population, None more cherished in a Veteran's life than those who lighten the burdens from our military Service. Good customer service is all about bringing customers back. And about sending them away happy - happy enough to pass positive feedback about your business along to others, who may then try the product or service you offer for themselves and in their turn become repeat customers. The essence of good customer service is forming a relationship with customers - a relationship that a customer feels that she or he would like to continue. I'll continue my business with Chase Bank as long as it continues to deliver this level of customer service and gratitude to we Veterans.

I just met with Antonia to open a checking account. She was very friendly, personable and professional. Great customer service is hard to come by.I cant speak to my experience with Chase from a day to day perspective yet, but Antonia was fantastic.
