I recently had the pleasure of working with Noah during a particularly frustrating experience I had with my computer and printer setup. Let me just say, Noah is a true gem in the world of tech support! From start to finish, he demonstrated not only his impressive technical expertise but also an exceptional level of customer service that is hard to come by.
When I first contacted with this place, I was feeling overwhelmed and a bit defeated. My printer had been acting up for weeks, and after numerous attempts to troubleshoot on my own, I finally decided it was time to reach out for professional help. Little did I know that I would be paired with someone as skilled and friendly as Noah.
From the moment Noah answered my call, I was immediately put at ease by his warm demeanor. He listened patiently as I explained the issues I was facing, and he took the time to ask clarifying questions to fully understand the problem. It was clear that he genuinely cared about helping me resolve my issues rather than just rushing through the call.
Noah quickly assessed the situation and began to walk me through a series of troubleshooting steps. His explanations were clear and concise, and he had a remarkable ability to translate complex technical jargon into easy-to-understand language. I appreciated that he took the time to ensure I was following along and that I felt comfortable with each step we were taking.

The team at Credo recently upgraded my Windows10 computer saving me time and money. The original hard drive was showing signs of age and the general consensus of the on-line support community was to transition to Windows11 with the purchase a new computer. "Do I purchase a new car simply because the tires are worn?" is my perspective. The level of communication demonstrated by Noah and Cerita was unexpected and refreshing for this first-time customer. I explained what I expected needed attention and received a couple of solid pricing options given the age of the equipment and my general computing needs. Not all of the replacement parts were available at one time, so the team was able to stage the repair such that I had a working system in my possession while waiting for the final item to arrive. I am confident that my friends and family would receive a similar positive experience and therefore would recommend the Credo Technology team with 5 stars.

I used Credo a few times with my computer issues and just recently had them build me a custom gaming machine. I am truly impressed with the both the quality of the computer they built within the budget I gave them and the speed in which it was built. I also just had them do some laptop repairs and upgrades and again, they over exceeded my expectations in both time and price. We are going to let Eric create a webpage for our business after seeing the great work he does for others and the very reasonable prices he offers. Thank you Eric, you and your staff are amazing.

Eric is a service professional WAY beyond what you might expect. Personable, friendly, knowledgable, efficient... I'm sure he's earned more merit badges than I can list here. But bottom line, don't hesitate. He set up our home wifi network with all the latest equipment, and gave me several options for customizing the system for our use. Before coming over he already set up the network, to save time in my home. He tested, and re-tested everything. He customized stuff as needed. I wish Eric were my doctor, dentist, veterinarian, plumber and electrician, too! He's great.

I purchased a new computer to replace my 12 year old desktop. I took both to Credo where Ms. Michelle assisted me with this project. It's a big job transferring data from such an old system to Windows 10. Michelle was always willing to assist with all issue's that arose. If something does come up she's able to log into my system remotely and perform what I call "the laying of the hands". Basically ...... "Heal". She did it again today, Fixing up issues that are the result of my uneducated wanderings through the software. Bottom line, I give Credo, Eric, and Michelle the very highest rating possible ... 5+ stars.
