Great gym, very clean. Friendly and efficient staff. Definitely would recommend if looking for a new gym to go to in the sparks area. Love the Reno location as well.

The gym is poorly run by an owner that does not care to fix issues, there are 3 hydro beds that are supposed to come with a premium membership that don't work. There are many broken or poorly maintained machines, the restrooms are always dirty and don't have toilet paper. The staff say they are doing their best but ownership offers no help, and management has changed over and over. Obviously the issue starts at the top and should be taken care of by corporate

I've been going here since day 1. It was awesome. Sadly, as time has gone on, equipment is breaking and taking a while to fix. The staff isn't as friendly as before, seem to always be looking at their phones, and you'll be lucky if they say more than 3 words to you. The gym is horribly dirty now. The kids club that they have been promoting and promising still isn't anywhere near open. If you have to go here, it's fine. I am looking for another gym.

This place is a SCAM!! I’ve had a terrible experience here. Have been gyming here for years and these guys are just a money making machine not customer friendly. I upgraded to add my mom as a guest for a month and then charged me fees and raised my membership by 20/ month and I got charged 10 bucks again to downgrade. I got also charged a 59.99 annual fee and was told I need to give a month notice to cancel my membership. They just won’t let you leave and will haggle you for every dollar to close your account. I don’t know why I had to pay so many fees when I’m simply trying to leave. Read the fine print when you sign up with them. They say there is no contract but bind you with all these extra fees when you are trying to leave. Also a few months ago I got my bag stolen from the locker room and they did not take any action to find the culprit. There low fees are enticing but they don’t back up the customer experience.

Have been a member @ Crunch for about 1 1/2 years.Super enjoy the group fitness classes, ie. pilates, 360, TRX, Absolution - all strength training classes. Wonderful way to begin or get back into working out; unsure about how to get started, workout regimens, exercise form, targeting specific muscles/area, etc. Cardio classes like Zumba, HIIT, All-Out-Athlete also great here!Atmosphere, especially in classes, is non-judgmental - all fitness levels present there! Modifications for more intense exercises always shown/given by instructors. If you come to class regularly, you will see & feel results!Instructors here are AWESOME! Top-notch. Years of experience in fitness/personal training. Kietty is one of the best. Dora is excellent. Aida, Frankie. Rachel & Morgan - all super great! Manager Emma teaches as well and is readily available for feedback, suggestions, questions, you name it.Recommend Sparks AND Reno Crunch locations!

Worst Gym I've ever joined. Staff is rude. They close the damn bathroom every Sunday and I have to walk over the Lowe's to go. When approached they don't care. Don't join- not worth the $10 u pay.

2nd time in a week they haven't opened on time. They're supposed to open at 5 but its currently an hour and a half passed. I called the other crunch and was told the manager was on their way but that was an hour ago. Such a poorly ran establishment.

Just another gym that slow-rolls the membership cancellation process and charges you out the wazoo for it. Wish I could give them negative stars so people don't get the wrong impression of the place.

Good selection of equipment. Just very dirty! Benches and vinyl are torn up on the equipment. Does not seem like there is any actual management of this gym.

I think the worst gym I’ve ever been to. Can’t cancel that year long membership without fees so high you’re better off just paying it every month depending how much time you have left. Then when you cancel they’ll tack on another month even though it was a renewable year contract and make sure to hit you with that annual fee that can conveniently change when it’s processed at anytime. Two annual fees for a year contract doesn’t seem very annual. My wife was pregnant and told to rest a lot so we tried canceling hers early but it’s impossible to speak with the manager and the emails never get answered. The equipment was broken all the time and the amount of people there made it impossible to get even a semi good workout in in an hour let alone 2. The sanatizing stations were always empty so you would walk around the whole gym if you don’t have your own stuff to clean the equipment.Go to fitness connection or a local gym, you won’t be sorry.

I'm just writing this to bring the rating up, I think peoples expectations are way too high for this, for about the same amount of money as an Apple Music subscription, you can workout and train for multiple different sports and competitions, I see cross fitters, power lifters, body builders, calisthenics, and athletes. You get free weights, all sorts of assisted weights that target every single muscle in the body, power lifting stations which if you go to other gyms you won't find, cable weights, HIIT training, showers, sauna, cardio for 12 bucks?!?! If you want them to wipe your butt for you, go to Lifetime Fitness, pay $150/month, I don't expect a whole lot for 12 dollars, so it's definitely a solid gym for the price and for everything it includes. Also the staff is cool, they're genuine down to earth people, they probably won't go to war for you but they're gonna help you out, once again, I don't expect Chic Fil A customer service at a 12 dollar gym so I appreciate the staff being helpful

This is by far the worst Gym I’ve ever been to in Reno. They can’t even open the doors on time. It’s always dirty bathrooms are full of piss and trash.

Employees are consistently late to open. We wait outside for 20-30 mins for them before we leave. It’s ridiculous how often this happens on the weekends. How hard is it to open a gym at 7am? This is such a problem with this gym. Also they are always on their phones at the front counter when the gym is a mess with weights and plates scattered everywhere.

Slowly getting better. The sauna is actually getting cleaned occasionally. Been a few times on Saturday at 07:00 A.M. when the gym is supposed to be open but no employees were there to open. I left at 7:20 A.M. but there were still people waiting to get in. Not sure what time the employees ended up getting there

Doors not open, time #13. What a shame, owners can't keep it together. Employees can't even open the gym on time. Got a parking lot full of cars with upset members, again. We pay for what we were promised, we should all get credited to our accounts for crunch not uphold their end of the bargain.Crazy how a gym with self responsibility quotes posted around doesnt have a staff the represents the same.Edit:5 days later, not open again. How do we give this place negative stars?Edit:Saturday morning, gym not open againEdit 8/5Doors not open again
