My prescriptions are always ready when I pick them up. Yelena is very helpful with questions. Also Jasmine pharmacy tech is helpful with me.

RUDE STAFF!!!
Only one lady working and she won’t even come to the counter to talk to clients she’s yelling from the back. Ignores your questions and she’s not willing to help costumers. Asked for a verification and her answer was it was done what else do you need. Overall just rude.

34 weeks pregnant and needed to update a vaccine per my OBGYN. Scheduled an appointment for 5 days out to get it and rearranged my schedule / got a babysitter, etc. 2 hours before my appointment I get a text and an email saying my appointment is cancelled, with no reason as to why. Tried calling the pharmacy 3 times to figure out what’s going on and can only leave a message, can’t speak with a representative. Extremely unprofessional, at least have someone call me first and explain why they have to cancel.

NEVER GO HERE
I was told my prescription would be ready at noon. I called at three because the app didn't say it was ready yet. The rude woman on the phone hung up on me three times after telling me to just leave a voicemail. There's no option to leave a voicemail. The call transfers directly to her. She wouldn't let me speak and just kept yelling and hanging up. Gross.

Pharmacist was very rude. Kept yelling at me over the phone that she couldn’t fill my son’s prescription due to it not going through on her computer. She kept yelling saying it’s an over the counter medication. Explained to her I had a health meeting with his daycare the next day and they needed the medication to come from a pharmacy. She just kept yelling it was an over the counter and if I needed it to just buy it over the counter.

Edit: Gabriel Ortiz De Mena has become a new favorite, she’s very kind and helpful. I think finally some new faces have joined who are trying to make this CVS more efficient because they are always overworked.-This is really hit or miss depending on your pharmacist. I would give this place 5 stars if only Yu Lin worked here! He’s the best and is so nice. Travel pharmacists here are sometimes very rude BUT there are some wonderful and kind exceptions! But I literally wait for my fave pharmacist to be back to go and order.

Always problems at this location- from changing their hours whenever they feel like it without communicating to ‘computer issues’ so they don’t have to help customers. The last straw was popping in to attempt a walk-in vaccination appointment to be told that there was no way to do that because they were understaffed with only one pharmacist. Nothing posted on the website, no information communicated whatsoever. Avoid at all costs.

I scheduled a booster for my senior in high school, but the school has been calling letting me know that he needs another shot but it was not on the list, although the school said I could get it there. He needs the NCV4 and there is not even a button for other. they list about a dozen recognized vaccines, but not this one. Hope they do something to accommodate ones not listed.
