Great customer service—super friendly and helpful! It was easy and fast to get set up, and the outdoor storage space was perfect for our needs. We were able to store two trailers with no issues. The facility is close to home and has convenient, easy access. Highly recommend Desert Highlands Mini Storage!

I have rented a vehicle space before and no issues for a year with the staff or the company. I started renting a space again and the staff went out of their way to help you with kindness. The space rent amount is average. I did look around for cheaper spaces but you get what you pay for with the cheaper ones. I giving them 5 stars with their service, location, cleanliness, easy access in and out.

Constantly makes billing mistakes and then locking out my units
Promises discounts for positive reviews on a month rent.. Then never paid me for the positive review!!!
Raises prices right after you move in
My storage unit was robbed 2 times here
And refuses to remove the insurance charge on my storage even though I've proven multiple times I have my own insurance
Find any place no managed by this company and you should be ok.. This is not the place if your looking for good quality service

This storage facility is highly recommended to anyone looking for a storage unit! They are very safe and secure. Alana and Julie were very detailed and helpful. I love the way we were treated and the customer service was second to none!

Overall a nice storage company. It was a little complicated working with the call center, which covers the phone lines and does not link directly to the property mgr Alanna. Sadly, the prices/discounts from the website don't include the monthly more than $20 insurance fee, which I found out about once I was signing up for my unit, so it definitely costs a lot more than storage used to be the last time I needed it. However, as others mention, there's great customer service from Alanna and the facility is clean and in an attractive spot right off the 80 in Sparks.

My husband and I just bought a new camper ( first time buyers)We were told to check this place out. So we did, and the lady at the front desk, Alanna, absolutely best customer service ever. She was so sweet and helpful, we explained the dimensions to our camper, and she recommended a few spots that would be easy to accommodate our needs. What a gem ? ✨️
