I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Dustin auto. Due to their lack of experienced technicians and poor management, my tire was cross-threaded three times in a row. This repeated issue not only wasted my time but also caused significant frustration and inconvenience.
To make matters worse, instead of taking responsibility for their repeated mistakes, the owner and staff tried to shift the blame onto another shop's technician, accusing them of lacking experience. This unprofessional behavior and refusal to acknowledge their own shortcomings are unacceptable.
I would strongly advise anyone considering using Dustin auto princeton to look elsewhere. Proper training and accountability are crucial in this industry, and unfortunately, this shop fails on both counts.

When we were new to town and needed a shop, I went to a parts house and asked them "Who is the most HONEST mechanic that you know", the two guys behind the counter both looked at each other and smiled and said Dusty. 100%.

Dustin's is amazing. Plain and simple. I managed the transportation department for a major hotel/casino property in the area, and we took ALL of our vehicles here for all issues, big and small. Dustin and his team had the knowledge and capability to address and fix any and all issues in a timely and cost manner, from limousines to Ford F550 passenger shuttles. I even started taking my personal vehicles to Dustin's when necessary, even though it was out of my way, because I knew and trusted the work of his shop.

I was on a road trip and ended up in Reno with a leaking fuel pump on my sprinter van. I called a bunch of places and Dustin's was the only place that worked on Sprinters and could get me in right away. Had a great experience working with them. I told them what I thought was going on and needed to be done, they did it, and they got me back on the road same-day. Dustin called me a couple times throughout the day to keep me updated on what was going on. Paid a fair price. Overall I'm very happy with the service!Service: Engine repair

We had our 2004 4WD Ford Ranger towed here for a clutch replacement. They were thorough, straightforward, and didn’t give us the run-around like a lot of shops in town have. They listened to our concerns and symptoms/diagnosis and got to work right away on the necessary repairs. They finished the replacement in a very impressive turnaround time, and kept us updated on the state of the issues, which was such a relief! They were very helpful with additional questions we had. This has been the best auto repair experience we have had in the Reno/Sparks area by far!

Brought in my 2016 Subaru Crosstrek with problems with the air conditioning. They were super busy (week before 4th of July), I was expecting them to have my car for several days. They looked at it immediately, called with an estimate within 2 hours of dropping it off, had it fixed and ready to pick up 2 hours later. Chris and Dustin both are incredibly friendly, and the price for repair was more than fair. I will 100% be using them for any other issues that arise with my car! These guys are absolutely great. I highly recommend to anyone who needs a bad**s mechanic, one that isnt just looking to raid your pockets. These guys are honest and upfront. I took my car to Dustin’s after having tons of issues with my car. I dropped it off at the shop yesterday and they had it ready to go this afternoon. All of the guys there are absolutely amazing and they have the greatest customer service of any business I have ever been to. A big shoutout to Chris who explained everything to me in detail, and was able to answer any question that I had. You couldn't ask for a better family automotive shop. Dustin is always available and willing to help no matter what it is. When our cars suddenly act up, he is able to take a look at it instantly. When our ATV plow breaks, he goes out of his way to help fix it until parts can be ordered. Him and his employees are kind and truly the meaning of a small-town community. He's fast, honest, and always willing to help.
