I Had an amazing customer service experience. I had a bad jar of skin cream that I use. A REAL person answered in like two rings. It took a total of 3 min and 46 seconds, including me asking questions, to get it resolved with them sending me a new jar. A huge shout out to Edna Skin Care! P.S. Her name was Brenda.
