“Excellent customer by Arlene ! Arlene took care of me, I brought in my iPhone 16 Pro Max after the screen and back glass were completely shattered. The phone still worked, but I couldn’t see anything on the displayI could only feel the vibration from notifications.

I hadn’t backed up my iCloud since 2024, so I was extremely worried about losing all of my pictures and videos. Thankfully, the team went above and beyond to help me. They installed a temporary screen so I could log into my iCloud, update my backup, and safely transfer all of my data to my new phone.

I can’t thank them enough for their hard work and dedication. I truly thought I had lost years of memories, but they made sure everything was saved.
