Do not under any circumstances rent a unit here. It is absolutely riddled with rats, all of our belongings are ruined...spoke to several tenants who also have rats Wish I could post pictures...they try to say because we signed a contract they can't do anything about it excpet put out bait stations and glue traps. Meanwhile we have to throw half our damn house away. Speaking to the front lady that have been aware for a very long time that they have a rat issue. Nowhere in the contract that I saw does it say anything about the rats. DO NOT RENT HERE.

The one was an accident I accidentally hit the one this public storage is absolutely five star without a doubt so that one star was an accident I'd give it 10 if I could. And both attendance that I've worked with Kristen and Kathy have been amazing great customer service thank you

Very very huge rat problem. Had to take the loss on my bed and clothes since it was all pooped and peed on by what I assume are huge rats by the size of the poop

Parked my pickup not even three months and somebody cut my fuel hoses to steal my gas. My truck is now parked until I can get it fixed as I have no way to fuel.

I found the best price here and the owners have been so kind. Had my stuff here for about a year now and nothing has gone wrong. The location is right next to the marina and I love that too.Thank you guys for keeping my stuff safe it actually means a lot to me.

Very big storage facility! Indoor smaller units, outside big units w/garage style roll up doors & even complete RV, boat, trailer & vehicle storage.The prices are very competitive too!The staff is friendly & helpful too!

Clean and organized plus a great monthly price. We recently took over our spot when we purchased our new travel trailer and when the facility did their inventory check they noticed ours was missing and they called to confirm we had it. We appreciated them being on top of it!

Never use Emigrant Storage on Howard way in Sparks. The are filthy. Dirt and dust gets into the units. They are way overpriced For what they offer. I emptied my unit today and found that an almost new carpet cleaner was missing. Also missing was a set of very nice dishes that were my deceased mothers. My daughter had several game cartridges missing. I told the lady in the office. She said " I don't know what to tell you". And turned away. Very unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend this awful place.
