Had a terrible experience with this delivery service. Broken pave stones and left them on the street. I would NOT recommend this to anyone.

Worst company EVER!!!! They left my item on the street not even on my driveway. It was 2 pallets of pave stones and left it there. I’ve called and ask for the owner and HE DOES NOT CARE AT ALL!! The deliver we guys called his boss / acting owner and said he can’t send any help. He left this poor guy unload the almost 7,200 lbs of pave stone. Even the deliver guy is complaining and saying that the owner is so cheap he can’t even update their equipment. All they have to do is back off the truck on my driveway and unload it there. Instead they left my pave stones on the street. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS AT ALL!! If I can rate them as NEGATIVE STAR!! That would be my rate….

Good carrier to work with. Good communications as far as where your item is located and updates. I can’t really read them for timed delivery. because the weather was bad across the middle of the country. I’d use them again.

First, I got a notice today Monday 11.07 that delivery of this item would happen tomorrow Tuesday 11.08 at the earliest instead of today, so I was not monitoring my mobile phone notifications this morning. Second, Matt "from Estes" texted that he was at the bottom of my driveway and that he was leaving the generator there. To be clear, that was not the bottom of my driveway but rather a private road that is shared by four properties, including my own. I was surprised that the item (a generator that cost me more than a thousand dollars (around $1300) did not require a signature, but even then the delivery notice said that it would be left at a "dry location" at my address, and in fact Estes did NOT leave the item at my address but rather at a sign for my house number, which is a quarter mile down the private road from my address. The generator is quite heavy, more than 250 lbs. -- it was left on a palette on the ground by my house number sign -- and it was very challenging to figure out how to get it to my house a quarter mile away and up a hill. Also, while I am generally healthy, I am 72 years old, so the task was not trivial for me. I finally figured out how to get the generator up to my house, between my wife and myself, but it would have been a significant health risk if i were in worse physical shape than I am at my age. Estes should have done better by being accurate about the scheduled delivery date (NOT tomorrow "at the earliest"), and Matt should have done better by AT LEAST driving up the private road to find a house with the address -- not just the house number sign by the road -- where he would have found me quite readily. I will recommend to Lowe's that they not use Estes for its last-mile delivery. I hope you can understand why.

I have an order through Estes and my product had been sitting in reno for 3 days and still no delivery. I talked to them yesterday and today and both times I was told I'd get a call to set up a delivery appointment. Still no delivery appointment. I was hoping to have my product before the 4th of july. Very very unsatisfying

They have done 2 motor deliveries and a transmission pick and drop off in the last 3 years.... delivered to my front door and even the motors backed into my yard up my hill to my shop... they have excellent customer service and are as prompt as one can reasonably expect. Thank you for you services..

1. The site is dirty littered with broken palettes damaged bobtail and trailers, nails, broken fence with holes and site managers and all dispatch personnel are aware of the issues but dont care . At least 2 lights out and 2 over by knight trucking side are damaged and look as if they gonna fall over one you can hear buzzing 2. Hessler loves to slam trailers into docks and fence causing more damage. This is the big kicker all ESTES EMPLYEES OR 80% SMOKE AT THE TOP OF RAMP BETWEEN DOCKS 5 AND 6 KNOWING THAT ABOUT 30+ PROPANE TANKS for the forklifts are below them!!! See pic below!!!!

Had a fragile item delivered to the depot, which I picked up onsite. Great communication on status and they even took the cardboard leftovers.

They are a derelict operation and like to get money from people without doing the work, I had a shipment sitting there for weeks and they kept postponing the delivery, finally had to go get it myself, they owe me money !

They damage a good portion of what they haul and refuse to pay for it.

Had to go to the place to pick up the tile myself because they refused to deliver it on time.
