Holly cow what a mess, clearance unsized, cleaning supplies out on the sales floor, staff sitting on the counter (the whole team), so embarrassing, at least i was greeted.

I go to the outlets once or twice a month and this time I came in on Friday to purchase some pants and the girl told me that there would be a discount on Monday if I wanted to take them to a store near me, which is in Sacramento. Being as though I find out that the stores near me are no longer open, they closed down, I went back to that store on Monday. The manager, yojaira, was on the phone with somebody who obviously put her in a bad mood. She was very rude to the person on the phone and then when she got to me she continued that crappy attitude! When I wanted to return the pants and then re-buy them for the discounted price that I was told I can get them for She gave me attitude and was very very rude, threw her hands up and said “fine just give it to her” to Mohammad, which was NOT involved in the rude behavior btw, and walked off into the back room! ABSOLUTELY worst customer experience I have ever had in any retail location. Will never go back as long as she is still employed!!

my son decided to go to prom last minute so I came in a bit stressed. Everyone was so amazing with helping us figure out the best options. I didn’t feel rushed and or like anyone was being pushy! Kade and Yahaira gave their valuable and honest opinions, which helped my son decide what to wear. The store manager Brandon was so nice at the register and definitely helped us get the most bang for our buck! We will definitely be coming back!

Lovely store but it was not encouraging to shop when the associates are gathered at the register, including one of the girls sitting on the counter while chatting away with another coworker.

My Fiancé and I went there to look for a purple suit for our wedding. Not only did they have one, but the customer service was the best we've ever experienced in our lives. The girl who helped us was extremely helpful and outgoing, and both of the workers were making sure the store was organised and in top-notch shape.

I went here for the first time today and I will say I was totally impressed with the clothing. I was looking for something in particular and was able to find what I was looking for. However, two things:1) I was looking for a pant suit and it seemed almost every color I liked either didn’t have my size in the top or size in the bottoms. I mentioned this to a worker and she seemed unwilling to check if there were any extras in the back.2) At check out, the lady who helped us out was not very friendly and was so soft spoken I had to ask her to repeat herself several times when she answered a question I had. I was thinking about getting their CC and I had asked her if getting one was worth it, and was essentially told no (I think… again it was very hard to hear her). I’ve worked retail before and was always very outgoing for customers.Overall, I didn’t find exactly what I came in looking for but I found nice clothing that fit the bill! I will likely return in the future.

i just wanna say i didn’t catch the one lady who was working there’s name this evening but my gosh 30 minutes before close i needed to run in to grab a work outfit-she was so kind so helpful and im sad to say this kind of service especially in retail is far and few between but thank you kind soul for helping me you are appreciated! love express!
