Over the years I have had five windshields replaced by Fast Glass, and the work is always done in 1-2 hours, and I am always surprised that they keep prices down... That is a godsend...

On the positive side, in Feb 2023 I had an excellent experience with getting a replacement windshield for a relatively uncommon 2011 vehicle. The glass arrived within 2 days, and I brought the car in for the work. They discovered that it needed an additional trim piece to complete the install, and they located a replacement locally and had my car ready within 2 hours.Now for the really negative side. Since I had such a good experience with the windshield, I figured they would be good to get 3 damaged skylights and one damaged stationary Anderson window repaired (damaged from the harsh 2022-2023 winter). Two gentlemen came out on Sept 8th, viewed the damage, took measurements, and said that I should receive a quote within a week or two. Sept passed, and no quote. Made many, many phone calls requesting status of the quote. Excuse was occasionally that they were still waiting for a quote from their skylight supplier, while other times they never even bothered to return my call. I called on Dec 8th again requesting status of quote. They said they again would have the owner call back. I threatened negative online reviews if there was no response, and the call-taker stated that it was unfair for me to threaten them like that.Well, no return phone call. If they didn't want to do business with me, they should have told me up front so I could work with another vendor. They completely left me hanging. 3 months should have been way more than enough time to provide a quote. Now I'm entering a new winter with damaged glass.Definitely not "Fast" Glass.

I haven't even had my service yet, but i'm beyond annoyed. I haven't heard anything from Fast Glass about when the window will arrive and when i can get my car in. It's a day after what they expected and... OK, that's not so bad, but i called and it (the recording) says "all operattors are busy" so i opted to leave a message, their system promts you to this. IT NEVER LETS YOU LEAVE A MESSAGE and loops you through their products and services. Never allowing you to leave a message. beyond annoying. I hope they call me today to give me an update on my window.

Fast Glass is the best in town. I originally hired another company for a windshield repair and that other company left me unable to drive my vehicle. Fast Glass came out quick and got me rolling again. Cannot recommend them enough. I’ll be using them every time.

What a great place. When I made my appointment, I was told it could take up to 3 hours. When I arrived, I was told 60 to 90 minutes. I was surprised when it took 40 minutes. Way to overdrive! The car was clean, and the window was replaced in record time. Thanks!
