These are the most horrible people I've dealt with in the last 20 years. The owner and his apparent second in command not only did not do their job (I was retrieving my car that had been towed and it happened to blizzard) but sent me to the wrong place, did not have the car ready (it was buried, parked behind a 2 wheel drive sedan), told me to start my car then left me trapped (long story) so long that despite multiple cries of "help," -- they only had to walk like five feet to help me (car door meets powder berm I could get in but not out -- AND a 911 call they never helped me. I could hear them laughing. Super misogynist guys. I hope no woman uses this business much less men.I have no less than three horror stories about this business since then, including one that said "Every Tahoe local hates them.

My VW Bug had rust everywhere and needed full restoration. The rust caused holes in the floorboard and Carlos was able to cut out all the rust and fully restore my 1970 VW Bug back to perfect condition. Would not trust anyone else to do classic car body work!

Undiscovered gem of a custom finish body shop. Carlos knows his stuff and his passion for cars only brings out the best quality and finish. I never felt that he wanted to take shortcuts or he didn't want to do what made me happy with the end result. I will be taking all my custom body work projects back again. Check out his work

Two years ago based on a recommendation we went to this body shop to repair our 2017 car in excellent condition after being rear ended. Well after the body work was done and we went to pick up the car I immediately noticed that the replaced VW logo was crooked, the lower chrome trim on one side had a huge cap and there were paint drip marks. It did get corrected, but I'm posting this review after two years, because some of the replaced badging started to fall off. So, I went in and the owners wife was very defensive telling me that it had been two years and they weren't obligated. And she said it could have been the factory glue. Bull! Maybe it was the surface prep. She wouldn't look at the problem and said she'd have to talk to the owner. A couple days later the "owner's" wife left a voicemail stating that if we bought the badges they would put them on. Wow! Really! Hopefully I don't need a body shop again, but what I do know is that I will never use this shop again.
