Workout for my lunch break... why not? This gym is in its name. You can get a membership for $10 with an additional fee. It's their basic membership with access only during staffed hours. There are additional fees and annual club dues. I'm glad they added some new booty workout equipment here, but overall I'm not impressed. Having access to a sauna in the ladies lockeroom is nice to not have to share it with creepy half naked men. For the price, I'll keep my other gym memberships. The employees here are just okay. Meh service, the girls that usually work in the front aren't the friendliest.

Another great day of working out at Fitness for 10, at their Kietzke Lane location. The gym is spacious with an abundance of different treadmills, bicycles and weights. The staff is friendly, they help you if asked but pretty much leave you alone, which is especially great for an anti-social person like me; so, no pressure workout. Even the members themselves observed the unspoken gym rule to be courteous and wait their turn with the equipment; this whole has a very relaxed vibe and you can workout in peace and at your own pace.

This gym is 100% a scam. Avoid it at all costs. You'd be better off canceling your bank account. They will bend their terms and conditions to keep you from being able to cancel.

Staff needs to clean the restroom a little more often. Kinda slacking. Also please start paying attention to people not wiping off equipment after they use it.

If you have traveling and need a gym for the day or week this is the place to go. Takes 1 minute to pay and get it and has all the equipment you will need and more.

Most of the leg machines are suddenly out of order, otherwise pretty solid gym with a good area for powerlifting.

ENTITLED employees at Prescott valley location, TO ALL MEMBERS IF YOU GO TO PRESCOTT VALLEY LOCATION, YOU NEED TO KNOW THERE IS SPECIAL ASSIGNED PARKING FOR THE EMPLOYEES AT THIS LOCATION, THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY ENTITLED TO THESE SPOTS, THERE ARE NO SIGNS LETTING YOU KNOW THAT ITS EMPLOYEE PARKING... BUT YOU SHOULD JUST KNOW ANYWAY NOT TO PARK THERE, IF YOU DO... THEY WILL LET YOU KNOW IN THE MOST CHILDISH WAY POSSIBLE, RATHER THAN ASK YOU TO NOT PARK THERE( THAT WOULD BE TOO CIVILIZED AND ADULT LIKE ). I don't pay a membership fee to be treated like this by staff, this franchise is clearly struggling and probably will be out of business soon

I've been twice so far with my boyfriend and it's really nice. Lots of different equipment and the staff is very friendly and helpful, plus it's relatively cheap, I got the VIP package and I think it's worth it. Would recommend!

Well to start off with, Not Enough Staff. The equipment is just too closely tight together. This being a 24 hour place shouldn't have closures, people pay to use whats offered. Looks like anyone can just walk in.

Looks like a nice complete gym. I can't wait to get started.

Save yourself the time and money and avoid this place at all cost. There are plenty of better gyms in this area and you are way better off choosing something else. Not only is it poorly managed but the trainers are inconsiderate and have no idea what they are doing. They will take a machine from someone that is already using it, just so their client can use it. It is full with a bunch of ego lifters and middle aged men that make the loudest noises possible and slam the weights for attention. They have one of the worst smelling bathrooms I've ever stepped foot into, they are filthy every single time guaranteed. You will leave this place feeling disgusting. This place is a reflection of it's poor management and staff. They could pay me to go here and I would still feel scammed.

Extremely busy majority of the day. Lots of people standing around racks and equipment talking and not lifting, and I'm not talking about between sets. You can waste an hour trying to get use a specific piece of equipment. Re-racking equipment is not enforced and weights are snached from your rack if not on your bar, makes progressive increases in weight a nightmare. Lots of loud grunting and noise making from attention seekers, even when the weight being moved is moderate at best. Parking can be more then annoying as people will park over lines, nearly hit you trying to jump into a spot or just the frequent absence of spots in general.Equipment is in good condition overall and the staff is nice. Cardio equipment never have to wait to use.

This place has a little bit of everything. Machines, cables, free weights, bench squat and deadlift, some punching bags and a astroturf room for agility. They even have a tire flipping machine. The cost is really good too - $20-25 per month if you want to bring a guest and 24/7 access. It was just what I was looking for and it's in a good location near a lot of businesses and traffic so it feels safe even at night. My goal is to stay healthy and strong. I've had an ACL reconstruction and I used to do a lot of powerlifting. Now I use a lot of the machines (adduction, abduction, leg press, hack squat) in order to keep my knee healthy because I can't squat the way I used to. I find that this gym is focused on providing a little bit of everything which helps keep my workouts interesting as I can use a lot of different pieces of equipment, yet its not so overwhelming that I feel lost or out of place. For my needs, it's a definite 5 stars!

I'm glad that I became reacquainted with this business again. I was a member a few years back and now I'm back because they are fantastic.

recent changes to the gym have only added to the ongoing decline of this place, the only positive is that it's less crowded than the better equipped gyms in town.
