They shortened their hours & the store always looks messy like a big group of kids looted the place. Almost as bad as the mccarron\prater dollar tree. 😑 Five below used to be much better. Security is horrible too like walmart's, always seeing torn open packages.

customer service was bad, especially tracy. was rude over the phone when we just had a basic question. she’s the manager to very disappointed.

Well , is not 5 and below now . Is 5 and beyond. They charge you for their bags . They dint have plastics bags anymore so . The experience is not the same . Inflation, I guess . Nothing new in terms of merchandise . You can find the same on temu or ali express and cheaper and straight to your home . Still a not super expensive destination for kids and fast gifts .

I was walking by this store and went move my stroller out of this woman’s way and walks past me only to berate me! I turned around and watched her walk into five below then I turned around and walked into five below and figured out she was the manager pretty sad to have that kind of attitude.

Love five and below cause I can take my son and get him toys but this store has made me feel really uncomfortable since they instruct the employees to follow me around and make my son uncomfortable with how close they get to us. Every time I’ve came to this store they always scan my things or stand right beside me and watch me scan my things. At this point this should just be paid to scan everyone’s things not just the people they “THINK” will steal things. Last time I asked them if this was a new procedure since I’ve never had my things scanned for me and they said that management asked them to start scanning peoples things that because that store had experienced a lot of theft…. Well why didn’t she scan the other 4 shoppers that were ahead of me? .
