Will never be shopping here again. I went in the store at 7:55pm I didn’t realize they closed at 8pm I just needed a new earbuds and the door was still unlocked and as I went in the girl who worked there said we’re closed sorry so I was like oh ok can I get something real quick she said no. So I go to my car and as I’m about to drive away I see this white couple walk out with 2 bags full of stuff 5 -10 minutes after closing time . It was extremely disrespectful it seems like a race thing since I’m Mexican the worker was white and the customers who were allowed to get stuff were also white. Will never shop here again get better staff

My wife saw a blanket for $20 the other day, and after talking about it since and how good of a deal it was I decided to drive back to purchase it. At checkout it rang up as $35, I pointed out to the worker that it was labeled $20 and I was told that was a mistake and they would not honor the price. I still purchased it solely for my wife because she was in love with it but I would really appreciate a price difference for inaccurately labeled items. None of this would have started if it was labeled correctly

It's says it's five dollars but a lot of it is close to $7. The yoga mat I bought there is falling apart and continually gets shredded foam all over the floor.

Very messy store but open on most holidays (shorter hours) & extended non holiday business day hours. 🙃 Rather have that than the other way around.

It’s hit or miss, but still a fun place to explore. I always end up walking out with a few snacks and random tech things I didn’t plan to buy. Some sections were a little messy but nothing crazy. Cashier was cool, got us in and out quick.

A family friend gave each of my four kids a $10 gift card to Five Below. The kids had a great time shopping, but one of their gift cards wouldn't scan at the register. An associate tried two other registers with no success so he called the manager on duty over. She tried a few things, but was ultimately unsuccessful. She eventually called the number on the back of the card and determined that there WAS $10 ON THE GIFT CARD! I suggested that they take $10 off and I pay the difference. She said they couldn't do that. At this point I had been waiting for over 20 minutes at the registers with my four young children. Finally, the manager on duty called the store manager and explained the situation. After that phone call I was told there was nothing they could do and we would have to pay another way--even though they confirmed there was $10 on the gift card! I guess five below uses their gift cards as a scam?!? I can't believe they would do this to anyone, especially to a child.

Terrible. Employee insisted on scanning my 3 items on self checkout. Made me wait so she could walk over. I could have scanned them myself in the time I waited. Then, she stood there to give a yes score to a survey that popped up on the screen about if the store was clean (it was not). Was told there is a fee of 5 cents for bags also when I bagged my items. What is that? Not shopping here again.

Associate rang up my stuff and didnt say one word to me and just hovered there while I paid. Watch me pay, fine, but take 2 steps back, way too close. Also associates need to learn customer service skills like small talk, if you are going to be that close to people, learn small talk to make it less awkward when you are in the customers personal space. Very uncomfortable experience. Also the store was a mess!

I applied back in March when I was in need of a job and randomly get an email today about an hour ago "21:49" that explains basically being disqualified for the position??? funny how these people thought I waited since March to get an email back to see if I get an offer to work there. They must really need professionals at this five below, be careful though you might get an annoying email 6 months later telling you whether you got the job offer or not since they think you'll be jobless to wait for their email back to you.
