The staff are super friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable, and guided customers to the right choices, explaining differences in fabrics for longevity. They are praised for beautiful, fast work with a two-day turnaround when others could not. Purchased three flags over the years from them, and they are above and beyond courteous. They even disposed of my old weathered and beat up flags for me.
