BEWARE if you buy anything during their closing sale you will not be able to return. They did not share this information with me as I was checking out and there are no signs anywhere that says “all sales are final.” They print it at the bottom of your receipt after you’ve already purchased.

Ok the other day I was there with my daughter and purchased few things this was on 11/08/24 and I waited for over ten minutes in the checkout line which is crazy but whatever I get that but the cashiers were friendly but when it was my turn there was a couple shirts on a 40% discount on the rack with sweaters and i got up and asked why isn’t the item on discount like it said and the cashiers turn around and catch I assume the lead about to leave and ask if it’s discounted and the lady scream no it’s the sweaters and which I reply it’s on the rack with discount and she yells at me I know it’s confusing but it’s the sweaters and I swear the whole dang store can hear her at this point I had to stop and catch myself before I did something but i maintained my composure and the cashier try’s to ask me if I still want it but in a nice manner more like they knew their lead was a pos so I finished my transaction and left but I hope you learn to run a store because as a manager for a big retail store myself maybe you should actually qualify for the job before they give it to you . Seems like anyone they can get to work they promote anyone there. If you put something on a rack were you know it’s confusing and expect people not to question it maybe you should make better choices or honor the discount and next time watch your tone cause it might be the day you find out you don’t talk to people like that ! At least I held my professionalism and I don’t even work there but then again the way she looked dirty and grumpy and sloppy said it all! I guess having class isn’t for you !

Forever 21 needs to work on putting locks on their dressing room doors or not let people wander in without being led in by an employee. I had someone walk in on me in the fitting room while someone laughed from the outside which the only thing I could think of was the employee that gives you the number to the fitting room. I appreciate the manager or supervisor giving me a discount to make it better but it doesn’t take away the embarrassment I went through.

I feel terrible because I don't remember her name but the manager/supervisor with short dark hair is an absolute angel. I was there on a busy Saturday wandering around. I'm sure it was obvious I was uncomfortable & overwhelmed. She asked if I needed help & at first I said I was fine because I didn't expect her to care. But I changed my mind & asked for help. She spoke to me like she knew me for years. She was so kind & helpful I couldn't believe it. I know the bar is low but I truly appreciate her taking those 5-10 minutes to help me. Most point in a direction & say "over there" but she actually walked me all around suggesting different things. & she didn't rush off, she waited till I felt helped. It made a really stressful day for me a little bit better Thank you!

Waiting for my girlfriend by the fitting rooms and there’s no seating anywhere so I grabbed a seat on a wooden box and one of the employees was super rude and said you cannot be sitting there and told me to get out of the store

My wife absolutely loves this store. We have 6 kids and this store meets the needs of the wife down to our daughters. Great prices as well. Definitely a stop
