Service writers in the shop are awesome! Parts department has good guys working there, just wished they stocked more parts for the trucks they sell. Oem Western Star prices are outrageous.

This place was great. Everything that they said that they would do they delivered on, and my truck is still running very well. The customer service staff is very patient, professional, and courteous. Plus the driver's lounge is very comfortable. They really went the extra mile.
