The day I got there i checked in and was told i could wait in the lounge or my truck. After 4 trucks came(after mine), were looked at and sent off...3-4 hrs later had to get a new service order done bc I was skipped. A guy came out hooked up a computer and left. Came back an hr later, mumbled something walked off. An hr later they close....no one has still said anything to me about whats going on other than a tech will be out. Saturday i uber up to Velocity as they open, to be told the tech working on my won't be in until Monday. Truck sat from Friday afternoon until Monday before it was touched. After 10 days the foreman finally saw fit to see what was going on w the truck. Told I needed a sensor on backorder, 12 days and 6k into this ordeal, "the foreman worked his magic", as they said, and I was fixed. Got from Reno to Dallas and derated again.....needed the sensor. Smh. 4 1/2 years driving....Velocity is by far the worst repair shop I've ever dealt with. They drag their feet (from the moment I checked in), don't communicate and seem to not care. If u want to get rolling fast, find another spot. Just sharing MY personal experience w this shop....NO SIR!!! They'll get it done.....but at their own pace.

Everything went well from setting a windshield replacement appointment to meeting the vendor to get the job done. Everyone was very friendly and helpful the whole way through. Until next time, thanks again!

Tyler & Torry in the service department are awesome. They definitely make the stressful situation of your truck breaking down much more tolerable by keeping you informed & just listening to you vent. They're the perfect example of the fact that sometimes good people make all the difference in the world when dealing with a scrappy situation. Someone should give those two a raise, I say. . .

I took my truck to this shop to check it and they told me that the cps was broken and needed to be changed, they took 2 days to install a new cps after they installed the new cps not even driving 10 miles the same issue had occurred and cps was still not fixed. So I went back and they told me that it was something else that had broke not the cps but it was in fact the cps that was not working, then they told me that clutch was broken it took them a whole week back and forth asking them if they found the issue and after talking time and time again they told me the issue and cost to fix the clutch problem, the cost of the fix was almost as much the truck was to buy itself.these the absolute worst and I don’t recommend you to come here and fix your truck all they will do is waste your time and money!!!

They are scam, I had my truck to look at it, because when I am starting it has click, so the technician look at it. Then he said the battery needs to clean up. Then when I try to take the key, they said you need to pay $280.00. They are scam. Then I said you need to clean it. They said it will take four days. They are suck

Worst service I have had in my 39 year in business. I had one of my 16 coaches brought to these crooks on a wrecker. I told them that the flex plate was bad and and would need the transmission pulled to fix it. They pulled the starter and replaced it. Then pulled the new starter off and told me the flex plate was bad and wanted to pull the engine to diagnose it further for starting at 15K. I deal with the local branch in Nashville with o problem. These crooks even charge me 1700. Bucks to R.&R a starter that wasn't bad. Don't go here unless you got a lot of grease. I ended up having it towed a few miles up the road and got my coach going for less than 1/3 of the price.

Took my Frieghtliner SRV in for a coolant leak. Got it diagnosed and fixed under warranty. Had an issue also with a rear mudflap that even though was not a freightliner part, they were able to re-weld the bracket and make up a new mudflap. Torre and Jimmy were very helpful.
