I bought call of duty modern warefare 3 from this store. A pre owned one and my fault that I didn’t check the disc inside. I traveled back to my country opened the game and it was modern warefare 2. So disappointing.

Why is there no ZERO option? I placed an order, was told it was cancelled. They didn't cancel it. They processed it and then did a fake return and now the charge has gone to my credit card and is waiting for it to come off. The customer "service" says I retuned it instead of cancelling it so now I have to wait 10 more days for the money to come back off. Playing with the month end numbers at my expense is far from appreciated.

When in today and bought a brand new game at full price they gave me the floor box with the game from the drawer. Not factory sealed at all.

GameStop's I've ever been I would highly not recommend going in it at especially if you're trying to save any bit of money unless if you like to wait for around an hour for them to just get back and actually do their job then tell you that you're basically paying $5 less than actual price for a game

2 months ago I went in here to order my wife the new Zelda cheers to the kingdom and was told she was going to get a wood plaque it cost me like nine extra bucks and they sent me no notification of a midnight release party I went first thing in the morning they said they were out of the plaques and there was absolutely nothing they could do with it I called corporate the lady told me that she is going to see what she could do without gathering any of my information my GameStop account or the phone number it was under it seemed like a big bush brush off I do not recommend this to anyone

They wouldn't talk to me about my games they didn't want to deal with me with my game and they didn't seem to want to get back to me they were not very friendly and they still have my games

Called multiple times while I was in the store to see why they never answer & they just straight up ignore it or take it off to keep it from ringing… so unprofessional & sad. Couldn’t even look at me cause he knew what he was doing was wrong.

The young man at gamestop was awesome. He was alone and had a very long line but he was very composed and provided outstanding customer service to everyone
