As someone who buys from GameStop almost exclusively, this location has a habit of being closed randomly, or opens late. It’s 11:24 on a Friday and they “open” at 10:00. Not just the time posted on Google either, the door sign say 10:00 also.

Good place if you can catch them there. They don't keep the hours posted. It took three tries before I finally found the place open.

Called in earlier today in regards to a faulty headset and received horrible customer service from the woman on the phone. With our warranty that we bought we should have been able to exchange it no problem at all. But instead the woman on the phone gave us no response when I brought it up then continued to hang up on us with no solution. I recommend the game stop on McCarran don’t waste your breath with this GameStop location. Will be reporting to manager tomorrow morning.

They are never open when the hours of their sign says they're open. Was there at 1100 they never opened came back at noon and they were still closed.

Been a customer of GameStop for over twenty years and today that ended. I learned today that GameStop deleted the 50,000 points I had earned/saved up by being a loyal customer. Received no email, text or phone call about my points getting thrown away. I have spent thousands through the years on consoles & games. The millions of customers through the years that have been ripped off on trading in their games/consoles or selling their consoles/games for pennies on the dollar, hoping to get enough to afford that new game or newer console but in the end its hopeless to expect anything fair or honorable out of GameStop. I'm hoping this is the year GS finally goes under and has sell everything that is GameStop for next to nothing. It's only a matter of time before it happens and it can't happen soon enough.

Always fast and friendly service! The associates are always very helpful. I am video game illiterate and they always help me find the perfect gifts for my gamer husband and son. The hours of operation are different on google than what is posted. Hopefully they can get that corrected!
