It’s a decent store when they are actually there.
I’ve gone probably 10 times where there is a note on the door saying back in however long.
Todays note said “Be back at 1:30” 1:30 was crossed out and it said “Be back at 2pm” it’s 1:10pm. I understand needing breaks and or a lunch, but being closed during the afternoon constantly is wild. Maybe hire an additional employee to cover? Idk logistics. But it’s super inconvenient since the next GNC is miles away.

I've been a regular at this GNC for a while now, and I've got to say, their service is top-notch! It doesn't matter what time of day it is, they've always got their doors open, ready to welcome you with a smile. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive, making sure I find exactly what I'm looking for. Every visit has left me highly satisfied, and I can confidently say that GNC has become my go-to spot for all my health needs!

Door locked on a Saturday afternoon at 3 PM (no sign). Reading reviews and this location seems to be closed often during normal business hours. Guess I’ll go somewhere else.

Supposed to be open at 10am on Saturday and is never open on time. No sign on door or anything to let customers know. Really frustrating. Skip this store and go somewhere else, or shop online.

I went there on a Saturday at 1:15 PM and it was closed with a sign on the door that said Returning at 3:15 PM. So whoever is running this store should be fired. He/She needs a 2 hour lunch? Also, a retail store like this shouldn't close for lunch at all. Either hire another person or have the person eat their lunch at the store and compensate them for it. This isn't supposed to be a one man barber shop or something. Pathetic

Sitting in front of the Spanish Springs store right now. It is 10:12 am. Sore hours are posted 10-6. Doors are still locked. Last time I actually managed to get in to this store, I tried to ask the employee some questions and he completely blew me off. Used to be a good store.

Bothered that the GNC at Spanish Springs closes and locks the door 10min before their closing time. I tried to knock to get the cashiers attention and he ignored me. You guys already close early enough and then to close before your stated closing time is annoying.

The last 3 times I have tried to go to this store, the door was locked during store hours. Two of those three times had a sign on the door saying "Be back in an hour" and the 3rd time I showed up at 5:56, (store closes at 6) and person at the cash registered ignored me. Terrible customer service, will never step foot in that store again.

Sign says they're open until five today door is locked. Someone sees me and says they're out for lunch until 115. Don't advertise that you're open all day when you are not. I cannot come back 1:15 so they will be losing my business.

I’m disappointed at the lack of service from this store tonight. I’m a regular customer and they closed and locked the door about 15 mins early. I saw the employee inside and waved and he shook his head “no”. The hours posted are 10-6pm and it was 5:45. I called the store and he just looked at me, shook his head again and then hid/ducked down behind the counter. It’s unfortunate it was handled that way and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
