I put 2 stars because the staff in that in this location are freindly and it's cheap. Saying that tho the company is horrible if you want a company that will go to bat for you stay far away from here they don't care about the customers at all

No $19 insurance. Once I cancelled these nosy winches called the Police to make sure my License Plates were surrendered. Even though Nv. State law allows drivers to keep their license plates. The Police showed up at my residence on private property and attempted to physically tear the plates from my auto. Resulting in Personal Property Damage to my Auto and my plates.
