This was for my mother,she is 89 very hard of hearing and vision is also a problem. Very professional and helpful with her. I also go there and always get a good haircut from a nice stylist at a resonable price.

After signing up online, the ease of checking is easy. Our wait time was less than 10 minutes. My wife and I use the same stylist because of her attention to details like. I like the fact that she uses past cuts to keep me looking good. When my wife mentioned something about her shampoo, Nicole her a shampoo which we both use and enjoy.

Just got my hair cut here with Holly! She did phenomenal! I'm usually one of those people who leaves not loving their haircut and has to give it a week to get used to it. And today I'm leaving LOVING it! She found the perfect length! She was friendly and easy to talk to and both quick and accurate with the cut. I would definitely come back to her!

I went in on a Friday around 4 and Holly helped me get a wolf cut. I was so nervous of getting a big chance of looks but Holly made it look so good and i had full trust in the process.

Friday March 7th around 2:30 I checked in on the app and was told to walk right in that I was first in line and it would be about 15 minutes. So I walked in and there were two ladies working there at the time and one customer waiting, who had just walked in right in front of me. I assumed he was a walk-in because I was listed as first in line on the app. One lady was an older lady with blonde hair and glasses and the other was middle aged with long ash colored hair. The older lady with blonde hair greeted me and asked me to have a seat and that someone would be right with me. after about five minutes, the blonde lady finished her customer and I expected to be next. However, she greeted the other gentleman who was already seated and took him back instead. In the meantime, another man walk in, checked in and had a seat. Then, the Ash haired lady finished her customer, and as she took payment, another gentleman walked in who she clearly knew personally, and she took him in right away. The other seated customer and I looked at each other and shrugged our shoulders. I waited about 15 more minutes and the blonde lady finished her customer and by listening to their conversation they also knew each other. She checked him out and rather than taking me back, went to the Ash ladies station and started engaging in the conversation they were having with her customer. In the meantime, another staff member came in, appeared to login as if she was starting her shift and had a seat in one of the salon chairs across from the two other ladies speaking to their customer. After about 10 minutes, the other man seated next to me, looked at me, shook his head and got up and left. I thought that maybe this would get their attention, however, none of the three staff members seemed to even notice. I waited another five minutes or so, and decided that I would also get up and just leave as clearly they were enjoying their conversation. As I got up to leave the blonde lady, finally acknowledged my existence and said "are you ready"? I responded to her. " I've been ready for the last 30 minutes and when I walked in I was first in line and now I'm leaving. There was no one else inside when I left other than the three staff members and one customer who they continued to engage in conversation. I have never had this happen to me at any of the other locations, but rest assured this is the last time I will go to this one.If I was the owner, I think I would be having a chat with my staff.

We love Nicole here! My son doesn't particularly love the buzzing of the clippers. He had a bad experience at a barbers where I ended up sitting with him for the duration of his cut crying. Fast forward, we haven't gone back. We were desperate to find someone that our son would let touch his hair. Nicole's gentle approach worked with our little guy. She started off by cutting with scissors to get him comfortable and showed him what she was doing as she went along. He won't sit still for anyone else, but he allows her to use the clippers on him. I'm glad that he likes getting a haircut now. He's such a big boy and will go back to the chair by himself because he wants a lollipop. We will see you next time. Thank you Nicole for taking care of our little dude.

My 85yr old dad has late stage dementia and is quite a handful. We were truly blessed to meet Nicole today at the Sparks shop. She was so kind and patient with him. She listened to what he was describing, took all the time he needed and did a beautiful job with his hair and beard.
Thank you SO much Nicole, you are truly amazing and made a difficult process a breeze! I cannot recommend this location and especially Nicole enough! THANK YOU!

Be ready for an angry and rude check in. I was very rudely spoken to in front of my 2 year old daughter because the stylist at the front desk couldn't find my profile. Even though I had checked in on my phone and had a text message stating that I was second in line and to come in. I understand if you're tired and frustrated but never take that out on a person in front of their children!

Took my 12yo son for a haircut there this week, and Tracy was incredible! We were so nervous because his last two cuts at much more expensive places were awful. He has thin, straight hair, and the blonde makes the blending hard to do for most. She listened, put up with nervous mom and photos of what we wanted, and here we are days later loving it still! We will definitely be back - best haircut the has ever had! Ask for Tracy!
