I am so impressed with this collision center. From the moment I called to get an estimate, to the time I picked it up after it was fixed has been seamless. I highly recommend this company to fix your car after you have an accident. It was fast and their communication was great.

We had been backed into by another vehicle and High Tech was recommended. Great place. High Tech kept us informed of what was going on and the work done was great! Michelle was great in keeping us in the loop. Highly recommend.

Had my car repaired there after a minor accident and I must say the quality of work they did is amazing. While the vehicle took longer than their initial estimate, it still beat other duration estimates I received from other shops when I was choosing one. One area they could improve on is to keep customers updated without waiting for us to call. One call a week is enough in my opinion. Other than that, the quality of work is excellent

Everything went wrong since day one, my car had a scratch on the door , a few days after I took the car to the shop they called me and said it was a total loss, after arguing for days they decided they where going to repair it (There was something going on between the insurance and the shop)long story short, it took them more than a month to repair my car, between that month my wife went to the shop and she saw the car without the front and rear numbers wich is weird cuz when I put a claim in the insurance that the passengers winder wasn't working the shop send to the insurance some pictures saying that they didnt touch that side of the car, but in the picture they sent the car was with both bumpers..That was just one of the problems, the ABS light came on, the door is not align, the door panels are loose, etc .

I am absolutely disappointed with this business.I am writing this a year after they worked on my vehicle, though I was unhappy enough when it happened.Last year I took my car to them for some body work after an accident – covered by my insurance. Dropping it off was nice, and on their sheet I chose to get frequent updates and left my cell number with them. I will say they NEVER called me. If I wanted an update, I had to call them and ask. If you don’t want to keep in contact with your customers, don’t ask them on the intake form how often they want to be contacted!Secondly, after my car was given back to me, I noticed it was driving weird, so I took it back to them. This was on a Thursday. They called me back later that day and said they had missed something and had to fix my front driver’s side wheel, and that I should have it back to me Friday afternoon. They never called. It was a long weekend, and so I was without my car until that coming Tuesday.Part of their repair was fixing the undercarriage cover that keeps debris from getting into the engine. During the accident it had been broken and it was hanging down, making it dangerous to drive.Well, a year later I am driving to my cousin’s wedding, and I hear something, and my car starts driving funny. I pull over and the under-engine cover is hanging down again, to catch air and drag on the ground. I call High Tech and give them my info and they say that that cover wasn’t something they worked on and that they wont cover it under their warranty. If they didn’t work on it, how did it magically get put back up after they worked on my car? I think they just don’t want to warranty their work.So please, DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. You will regret it. I certainly do,

In my experience, avoid this body shop.Every step felt like a hassle, from scheduling the consultation, to filling out paperwork, to getting the work completed. My initial consultation was “scheduled” by my insurance company. Fortunately, I called the shop beforehand who stated I wasn’t scheduled and scheduled me out a few weeks. Mistakes happen, right?I bring my vehicle in to get pictures, order parts, and figure out a plan. All interactions felt cold minus the beautiful, loving golden retriever. I filled out paperwork and was told one panel was supposed to be repaired while another would be replaced.A few weeks later, I get the call to schedule drop off for a couple weeks out. During the call, I inquire how long such a repair should take. I’m told two weeks but that it could change after they stripped the panels. I should have inquired more.My car is dropped off on a Monday morning and the woman seems surprised, despite being the one who scheduled it. I’m told to fill out the same paperwork I already completed. When I mention this, I’m told they didn’t have a digital record of it. So, I complete it again. The form asks for communication frequency, and I request to be informed daily. I’m not usually one to push, but I figured daily would make sense if it’s a 2 week fix. It was stated that it should take between 24-36 hours to get the panels off and have a better idea of the repair timeline.Thursday comes around so I call. I’m told one panels can’t be repaired so they need to wait until it arrives: 7-10 business days. I’m a bit annoyed but understand production and shipping issues exist. I receive another call/voicemail a week and a half later indicating the panel should now arrive just over two weeks later. Fine. At this point, I don’t have any options aside from waiting. The expected arrival date comes and goes. I call two days later and leave a message for the person who originally called about the panel. Tom (I think?) sounded truly understanding and said I’d get a call back the next morning to figure out what’s going on. I heard nothing by noon and finally decided to start calling between duties at my internship. I called once and the phone connected then disconnect. Called again and had a woman put me on hold while she got ahold of the person I was looking for. Again, it sounded like the phone connected then disconnected. I waited until just before 4:30, called again and spoke with someone who said they now decided to repair the panel after an insurance agent came out to inspect. He estimated about a week a half. Conversations with my insurance company confirmed they were in the dark about the decision to repair, not that they were much better to deal with.A week and a half turned into two. It took my significant other, who had been without their vehicle for over 2 months at this point, having a conversation with the shop. His biggest question: why would you even take the vehicle if you thought you’d need to replace the panel which was on back order?I finally got my vehicle back with repaired (not replaced) panels. They look good enough. Upon pickup, there was confusion over who would be covering the remaining balance. Fortunately, this got solved quickly. There were many things outside of the shop’s control, but they dropped the ball in several ways. Communication was unacceptably sparse or problematic. This shop had my vehicle for over 2 months during the peak of graduate school, commutes to internship, work, and everything else. If you want a shop that treats you like a person whose vehicle is a major necessity in your life, I can’t recommend going here.

Last October while driving home I had an animal run out in front of my vehicle and damage the right front fender and grill. I was put on the schedule at High Tech for January 23th. I was told that all the parts had been ordered and received during my 2 month wait period to have my car fixed. I was told by Dawn the estimator, that I would have my car back in about a week. I called at the end of the week and was told that they needed to do one more thing and that it would be ready by Monday. When i called on Monday I was pushed back another few days. I left a message with the estimator to have her call me back. I waited 2 more days and called again and left a message to have Dawn call me back(no call back), the receptionist told me that they had ordered the wrong quarter panel. My Jeep Wrangler doesn't have front Quarter Panels. Again I asked for Dawn to call me back(no call). I called again a day later and talked to a rep and was told that they needed to order the front bumper. No call back from Dawn the estimator. I called again on Monday and finally got in touch with Dawn, at this point she told me they were trying to source a bumper end cap and that the bumper plate needed to be ordered. I looked up the part Number for the bumper end cap so I could get my car back. This leads up to today when I went to pick up my Jeep. I went into the office and another estimator got up and helped me get my key, I was handed paperwork and was told to have a good day. I went out to look at the repair work and noticed the panel gap for the Hood was of about a 1/2 inch. At this point I just wanted my car and was willing to walk away with this workmanship. I got into the drivers seat started my car and had the radio start blasting music, I turned it off and and noticed that the A/C had been cranked up all the way. When I went to turn the A/C off the selector knob for the vent control fell off in my hand and when I tried to put it on I was no longer able to select what vents the air would come out of. I went back inside and waited for Dawn to come out from the back and we proceeded to go out and look at the Jeep. When I asked who had been inside it she responded that their tech's all have their own radios, and that maybe the radio was bumped when they were wiping down the inside of the Jeep. Im thinking to myself, right wiping down the radio controls turns on the radio selects a station that I don't listen to and engages the A/C. Admittedly I did just fall of the back of the truck but it wasn't yesterday. She told me she would halftone talk to the owner. I left the Jeep their so they could finish fixing it. Ill let you know how it turns out.

My daughters car was almost totaled, our insurance company sent us to them in Reno NV and yes they fixed the car but one of her car rims was missing the center cap. I saw this and brought it to there attention and they apologized and said it was on order and it would be a couple weeks. Well it's been over 2 months and still nothing. I called again in November and they apologized and said a couple weeks again. Still nothing. So I'm still waiting for this piece. Other than that the car was fixed fine.

Auto techs were not available in our area and we needed to get auto repairs done on our car. We took out car to High Tech Collision Center and we were so happy we did! They made special accommodations to get the work done quickly knowing we needed the vehicle for medical appointments. Corey was so kind and gracious to help us with this request. They fixed our car in two weeks and our car looks like brand new! thank you so much High Tech! We appreciate all your employees and your hard work.Marty S.
