It grieves me to change my review to 2 stars. I've shopped here for 8 years for all of my building supplies for my home and business. The customer service has gone down hill! I asked an employee a question, he walks away like he didn't hear me, I get his attention, he seems bothered and immediately tells me he's helping someone else. I said, ok that's fine I just have a quick question. He tells me he doesn't know and to go ask someone else! I said ok and walked away. I go to check out, the young lady asks if I found everything ok, I said no not really. She continues to check me out and doesn't ask anything else! I go online to see if they have a particular item, it says it's stocked. I go there and their all out of stock despite the website saying they have plenty. I go to purchase lumber and it's labeled with the wrong size. I'm going to shop else where.

Only giving 2 stars because the customer service seemed nonexistent. All we wanted was to get a few of the totes that were on sale.. we found the totes but no lids, so we go to customer service to see if they could get someone to go back there to help us find the lids.. we go back to the section, only to find us waiting for someone to show up, after 10 minutes I went to find someone where I spoke to a lady in the home improvement section to find us help.. she tells me and I quote "there's no one else, so I'll be over just as soon as I'm done." So she made me feel like we were too much of a bother for her to help. So we just left the totes and left the store.

Awesome tool rental department!! Very clean, supportive, and customer service oriented. Very pleased with the quick knowledge and information that the attendant was able to give me. Ensured workable equipment, showed us how to use it (& that it a surly worked), & helped us hook it up to the car all in under 20 min! Very informative and helpful Home Depot. Really recommend calling ahead to make sure that they have the equipment that you might need. Able to rent for a few hours, one day, or week. Very happy with the condition of the equipment too. It is kept in tip, top shape!!

Usually I can't complain too much about this big box store and that would only be because they don't have what I'm looking for. Today it's all about customer service and only about customer service. We needed something brought down off a pallet so that we could work on a project. I asked a sales associate to call someone, waited. Then went to the customer service desk and waited for someone to acknowledge my presence. That didn't happen. Another associate walking by asked if

The people there are always so helpful and they ask without you having to approach them. They always seem to have what I need.

Horrible service. We spent a lot of money with this Home Depot remodeling our kitchen. The designing process was great, but installation, project management, employees taking responsibility for their jobs, Home Depot returning calls, has been horrible. Installation started October 1st and to this day, still not completed. Today is Jan 22 and still NO completion on my project. I was told the district manager at Home Depot is aware of all our issues, but still NO CALLS or solutions.

Yes, I am a fan of Home Depot and of this location in particular. The employees here are available, proactive and helpful.. A pleasant surprise.... but this post is to sing the praises of JERRY! He is a local community treasure. You will never meet a more genuine human being. Hang onto him tight Home Depot! He has a huge fan club that comes to see him specifically. Came in this store with my colleagues when it opened at 7 AM and was discriminated. I am a Filipino, one of my colleague is African-American and my other colleague is Spanish. We went to the toolbox aisle to get a toolbox. The specific toolbox I wanted to purchase was on the second shelf. In order to get the toolbox out, we had to remove the 2x4s on the third shelf. We were struggling to get the toolbox out. We hear on the intercom "security on aisle 13. That happens to be the aisle we were in. Rather than security coming to help us. He stood at the end of the aisle to watch us. Then we walk around to get some other items and you could feel every employee watching us the whole time.the security kept his distance but was still watching us. Felt very discriminated and will never come to this store ever again. DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING TO THIS STORE!!!

Please read: Home Depot Spanish Springs, 4755 Galleria Parkway, Sparks Nv. 89436: My carpet/flooring was scheduled to be installed on 9-20-18 to 10-20-18. My carpet was installed 11-12-18, by a disgruntled worker who left a huge mess when he left. (Carpet was for one bedroom). The install company Romanoff Renovations. Why this Home Depot uses this company is beyond understanding as they have a less than two star rating. It is now Nov. 24th and I have received yet another dela

I purchased some carpet for a rental home we have. I had a tenant scheduled to move in at the beginning of the next month (Apx. 3 weeks). The purchase was relatively easy, but then from there things went VERY poorly VERY quickly. It started when the guy who came to measure showed up at the wrong house. I should have cancelled then... but the kid was nice and it wasn't his fault. The order was written wrong... And he went to the right house to get the job done. But once measured, I was eventually called by the installers who advised that the carpet was apparently not in stock (even though Home Depot insisted it was). I called the installation company number back (Romanoff Renovations) and the lady who was scheduling told me that the carpet had been cut; however, it needed to go to the plant to be dyed.... UHM... that's not the way that works. When I called her out on that she played d*** and told me that she would check into that and get back to me. The next day, I was called again and told that installation would be another 6 weeks out as the carpet was not in stock. (But Home Depot still insisted it was in stock.) The date was scheduled, and I called my tenants to change their move in date. They agreed (Thank God~). The day before the scheduled install, I received a confirming telephone call and was told that the installer would be at my house between 8:00 AM and Noon. I took a day-off (vacation day) from work to meet the installer... Well the scheduled installation date rolled around, I waited my required time from 8AM-12 Noon and by noon, still no installer, so I called Home Depot. The installer then called me and told me he was at the warehouse picking up my carpet. A couple of hours later, he still had not arrived, so I called Home Depot again. I got the song and dance until about 3PM when the installer shows up at my house (WITH NO CARPET in his truck) and he tells me that he can't install that day because our floor has asbestos on it. (Seriously? Why didn't he bring the carpet to at least make his story FEEL like it wasn't a complete lie? I explained we had asbestos abatement done and I have the paperwork, yet he required me to paint the floor with KILZ before he would even walk in the house. He would not return the next day. I went to LOWES (yes, LOWES) to buy the Kilz and painted the entire slab with it. The next day, I had to take another day off to meet the carpet installer at 8:00 am. I was again calling Home Depot several times with no ETA on the installer. Eventually he showed up that afternoon (again with no carpet in his truck) and told me that he could not install that day because I had a cement slab floors that were "too old" and the tack strip would not stay in place. He tried to sell me on an add-on service. I told him to cancel the order and get out. Miraculously, he offered the service for free! He would need to come back to do the cement work later. Eventually he did, but we had to wait until the cement "cured" before he could install the carpet. Day 3, (And another vacation day used) the installer shows up (this time with carpet actually in the truck this time. ) and installed the carpet this time (by himself without any help). It took about 3 hours to do the whole house. He left glue tape, carpet scraps and little carpet pieces all over the house. I was happy just to have the job done and the guy out of my house! Day 4, my tenants moved in after I had to pay for a hotel for 2 nights as they were supposed to move into my house. I will NEVER purchase carpet from Home Depot again, and will likely NEVER have another professional service offered through them.

This place is so spot on. Terry? Jerry? Not sure what the name is, has the best customer service I have ever witnessed. This dude almost brought me to tears, making contact with every last person in the building, fist bumping babies, and making dreams come true... You think you got good customer service in your building? You come visit this guy and will become quickly humbled. Nice hiring decision out of Home Depot!!
