I recently came to this branch as a walk in and the young lady who greeted me was absolutely kind and professional. I ended up having her do my taxes. Arin Wasson is an amazing tax professional. Her demeanor was professional and knowledgeable. She may look young but don’t let that fool you! She knows what she is doing. This is just a start of her long career in financial services. If you need help or are looking for questions to be answered ask for Arin. She is an asset to this branch. Also when I came in there was a couple that had a million questions for her and she had an answer for all of them. I am definitely sticking with her for next year.

False advertising - highly recommend TurboTax. First year not using them and have huge regrets. Cost was astronomically unreasonable and they lure people with advance options but system says they aren’t accepting. I used this to make sure I didn’t miss anything in person and literally wasted time and money on these services. See overall good reviews so to each their own but I for one with continue with TurboTax from now on.

Kathi Smith is excellent. This is the second time she’s helped me. The first time, she gave me a lot of helpful information for future reference in the event that my tax return became more complicated (which it did). She works quickly and accurately. I’ll be dropping my forms off to her every year from here on out.

Candace Ganzalas was insanely rude , terrible customer service, doesn't care that she screwed up my sister's taxes and didn't even offer to help fix it and refused to schedule any appointment to fix the problem. I watched the whole thing and can't believe that's how my sister was treated!I wouldn't recommend Candace to anyone ,I'm absolutely shocked at the service she gave and wouldn't wish it on anyone .We found Dena wiberg that was super helpful and gave great customer service and I'd recommend her to any one .
