First time here and first oil change in my recently purchased car. Pricey but I will just be sounding old mentioning what an oil change used to cost. Friendly staff, speedy but thorough service! Places I used to go to almost always require an appointment these days, but I have a bouncy schedule with spontaneous time off, was convenient service and they clean your windows!

At approximately 1400 hours I called to ask for labor price due to me moving and not realizing I threw away my oil catch pan. Also the oil extractor pump I had bought came broken, I got a good reasonable price compared to other oil shop. I adviced the person who answered the phone I was on the way. I arrived within 15 minutes of making the call, upon arrival I was greeted by every team member in shop, they checked air pressure, antifreeze, break fluid and power steering along with changing the oil filter. I just want to say thank you all the team members for the amazing quality of work provided. Made my life super easy and stressful free.

I was in a rush and they were the nearest to me. While their Valvoline option was more expensive than going to Valvoline, the cost in gas to get to the two good ones decreases that coat difference a bit. They took care of everything including finding out the bad Valvoline by Reno High had over tightened the oil plug. They replaced it with a brand new one and had me out of there quickly with out the 20 upsell questions.

This was definitely the best oil change I’ve had in the Reno area! They are full service - topped off my coolant, checked my air pressure, and even cleaned my windshield while they changed my oil. It’s also so much more convenient to wait in my car. Everyone here was super friendly, and I will definitely be coming here from now on.

All of the employees were very helpful, professional and kind. With my new vehicle and me not knowing it well, they assisted in navigating where to find things and resetting my oil meter. Great place!!

Service was great! Young guys here work hard. Was a A LOT more than I expected to pay for a 2016 tundra. Employee said it was $180 before taxes but you pay for the convenience.

Highly recommend this location. The staff is consistently friendly and speedy. They check and top off fluids and tires, clean windows, and don’t give a hard pitches towards typical service add-ons like wipers or filters.

Technicians did a fantastic job however, I could have paid the same price and got a free tire rotation at a local dealership. Maybe it's a sign of the times? Crazy

Amazing experience. Pulled in and got helped instantly. They asked me what oil i wanted and as soon as i said i they got to work. While getting my oil changed they also checked my air filter which was very dirty and replaced it very promptly. The whole encounter took maybe 12 minutes. Highly recommend very friendly staff.

They overtightened my oil cap filter. They don't do it as it should be done. Some oils changes that need longer drain times, Once I found that out, I tried doing my own oil change. And now I cannot get my oil cap off. ? I now need to order a new oil cap. Tightened way past the spect book I'm not happy about this and not willing to pay for a over price and not done right.

I typically take all of my vehicles to the dealership to get repairs and maintenance done, but our dealership couldn't get us in for a couple weeks and we really needed an oil change, so following my fellow yelpers, I decided to come here. I pulled up and parked, in a really nice girl actually was making her way to my vehicle, greeted me, and pulled me in the bay immediately to get the service. And then showed me my different options. Unlike the dealership that typically has the car for about 4 hours for an oil change, we were in and out in about 15 minutes!!I figured the price would be a little cheaper, but it's cheaper than what the dealership offers, and you have an array of different oils and synthetics you can choose from with different price points. We just went with the cheapest of all, and I think it was around 85 bucks! Great place to come if I'm in a pinch for time!
