Very unprofessional the guy working up front is horrible at his job with the black hair, work ethic is lousy and rude. I asked questions about the car and he stood there and laughed at me. A lot of attitude from this guy I am very disappointed with this place, I used to come here all the time and now I am think of canceling everything from this here. He ran away to fast before I could get his name. Plus charged me and extra 45$ for paying with cash due to there say and when I asked about the 45$ he just said “ in general”, Do not come here and get your car registered and smog checked! Get a new employee. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star.

Dude with the dark hair is a disrespectful punk for no reason i was nothing but respectful but i guess he was mad about having to do his job, im a ACUTAL car mechanic i don’t just plug things in and type on the computer but for some reason dude felt like he needed to be little me and be disrespectful all infront of my daughter just because he had to do 5 minutes of work. Dudes lucky my family was there or i wouldn’t have been so nice.

Drove up at midday on 7/16/24, no waiting, no lines. The young employee was so helpful, and saved me a trip to the main DMV office—we had no idea about the small DMV branch within the AAA Ins. at Legends.

This was the worst customer service I've ever had! The two men there pretty much verbally threatened me and my mom who was waiting in the car. We always go there and have never had a problem until today. They were rude and grumpy and and talked behind our back. We just just wanted to get a smog and go. The one guy with dark hair got in my face and startled me. I will never go there again!

Horrible first experience. I got there and 3 younger men came out and did not say ONE word to me. Note that it was my first time there and i don’t know how to do smog checks. i got off my car and locked it and was making my way inside when those 3 younger men walk to my car and try to open it… ? I was like “oh sorry i don’t know what to do here” and one boy was like “no worries can i get your keys”. i gave it to him and they proceeded to do everything but did not talk to me whatsoever. I was so confused and lost. they finished and i payed and that was it. No conversation or any reassurance. Such a horrible first experience omg horrible horrible customer experience.

I found Instant Smog last minute because I did not realize I had to get a smog check on my car this year prior to getting it renewed. I drove up to one of the parking spaces for the smog and a staff member immediately came out to do the smog. They can also do the registration as well! The smog fee was $35 for regular light duty smog and $45 for heavy duty smog. The registration fee is $10. The price is more than what I am used to, but I like how they open at 7:30am and is close to my house. It took a total of 10 minutes for the smog to be finished. I love the convenience of Instant Smog and I would totally recommend it if you needed a smog and registration done asap. However, there are places that can do the same thing for possibly cheaper. Not sure if others are as quick and efficient though.

Quick and easy, the service was friendly and was informed I had no issue with my vehicle. Forgot the young guys name but gave him tip, even though they don't work for tips, and said have a great day, that's how nice they were
