Super easy got my unit over the website I also got Gate code and signed lease I have not actually seen my unit yet but definitely super easy getting unit one thing I wasn't clear about was the lock details but I'm just bring my own.

Worst experience I've ever had. My lease was terminated for paragraph 5 which states that they can terminate my lease for any reason that they want and then my brother had a unit there as well and his lease was terminated because of mine in relationship to my termination then the storage unit manager decided to throw away all my stuff which was all my deceased mother's belongings and my dog's ashes so a bunch of sentimental property and when we were locked out originally we tried to call to see what the deal was and nobody took any initiative to inform the storage unit manager that there would be a lawsuit if she touched my stuff but if you want to live in your unit as long as you give her a positive review then you can stay in there all day and hang out

Cathy is awesome. So friendly and made sure I was able to find my unit. I love how my unit is on the main drive way. It was nice to see her doing clean up around the property not alot of properties do that kind of things anymore. I would recommend Cathy's customer service to eneryone

My son had put this unit in his name (2024 ) as I had been going through a very difficult time & needed somewhere I could store my personal belongings SAFELY from an abusive individual, management had been aware of this at the time of rental , not ONLY was I deceived when renting unit re: temp control, and type of flooring the units had, I was COMPLETELY DECEIVED on just how SECURE these units are ( this wasn’t by on site management at the time) not only have I been IGNORED when bringing it to the attention of management (IF YOU CAN FIND ONE ON SITE) , when I tell them my unit has been broken into at least 5 times AT LEAST .. most of this occurring whilst the property was w/out management so NO ONE HAD BEEN AROUND FROM AUG-DEC … when they FINALLY had someone on site , she tells me , she is LEARNING HOW TO GO THROUGH ALL THE PREVIOUS RECORDINGS, and that takes time… I NEVER HEAR BACK, my unit was compromised AGAIN.. & of course ,. they have ZERO records as they ONLY KEEP 30 days … and evidently this is MY PROBLEM!!!! Not THEIRS.. I PAY FOR THE XTRA INSURANCE AND HAVE SINCE DAY, I’ve lost
Items that cannot be REPLACED, CHILDREN’S /FAMILY ITEMS , personal items that $$ CANNOT REPLACE, it’s NOT HAPPENING TO THEM SO .. hey NO PROBLEM RIGHT, IT DOESN’T AFFECT THEM IN ANY WAY!!!!!

I had to get a storage unit asap. It was super simple to set up an account, pay for my first month and bam I had a storage unit. I selected the size I wanted, choose if I wanted inside or drive up, there were plenty of options which I like. Once I made the payment I received an email with my gate code, storage unit number and I was done. It was so simple I was waiting for the catch because these days nothing seems to be simple but NOPE no catch it was that simple. Went to my unit put lock on my unit and I was done. Thank you iStorage for making it so simple.
