I liked the store ..but it seemed to cater to African Americans,so I couldn’t really use many of the hair products,they had a lot of off brand makeup which was okay,I spent 85.00 and didn’t get hardly anything.the three people that worked there were ok,you ask for help and u only get a yes or no,they never went above and beyond,I walked out disssatisfied on the cash I spent..I will not go back to James beauty..Sally’s is a much better beauty that caters to everyone’s needs🥵

Very affordable, I bought 3 packs of braiding hair and it costed 32$. Other places would charge 60$ or a little more. The workers are also very nice.

I been living in all parts of the Reno area for years been coming here to this beauty supply store for years im a regular customer they know me and yes their are not many beauty supply stores here in Reno especially a black beauty supply so yes I agree the place is clean and organize but their prices on wigs are very high especially synthetic wigs I went in the store today to purchase a $77 synthetic wig it was the last wig on the mannequin head I actually found the same wig on Amazon for $30 but Amazon sent me the wrong color and I had an event to go to on Saturday so I needed the wig asap and it was the last one I told the wife Amazon has this same wig for $30 and she goes and ofcourse tells her husband and yes they are a married couple so the husband did not sell me the unit and threatened to call the police on me for just saying this wig is expensive forced me to leave the shop he says every time I come I complain about the wig prices that’s not true I barely buy their wigs because they are to high every blue moon I may buy a wig here so I left and I will never go back again I got treated very bad and keep in mind im a regular customer been coming here for years so what I said it’s high I still always paid I believe they got mad because I called them out on selling expensive synthetic wigs so high and Amazon has the same synthetic wigs they have but you can get it at a lower price they are a rip off and all their wigs are very high I have no problem taking my money and business else where or get my wigs online like I been doing they act like nice people but they really is not!

This is my go to place for any time I need anything for braiding my hair! They have a beautiful variety of colors and lengths extensions, wigs, and more! I even live across town but the trip is worth it every time??

Always have a lot of variety to choose from. The couple that owns/works in the store are always very helpful and friendly. Only difficulty I’ve ever had is in asking to be notified when a particular product I was searching for had come in. I asked to hold a certain quantity of an anticipated shipment and would come in and purchase once notified. Never did receive notification. Aside from that, no other complaints

Did NOT have much of anything needed...ex: hair weave,27 pieces,duby hair or even a variety of frontals!!!! Plenty of braid hair but u can just about get braid hair anywhere...sad
