Everyone was very nice. But I didn’t get ‘full service’. My windshield wasn’t washed, my washer fluid wasn’t filled, they left some grease handprints on my hood. My oil change and transmission flush was done well and fast. Just missed the little details.

Usually have a good experience at this jiffy lube. But this was the second time I found something wrong after service. Raised the hood, only to realize my windshield washing fluid container had no top cap. Oil containers cap tops left inside the engine after oil change. I had to go next door and purchase another cap top.

Hard time giving the service a one star. Pick up my car and discovered that the hood was badly damaged. All claim innocence and said they would report it to the district manager. Haven't heard from anyone. Service was on December 28th.

Two guys asked the same questions trying to sell me extras. Air filter is three weeks old, no thanks. Then wouldn't honor a coupon because I didn't mention it before they got my total rung up. $35 coupon in the trash. $110 for a basic oil change for a four cylinder car? Crazy.

Fast and reliable!
Staff are friendly. Got my oil change for my gladiator rubicon quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend when you are on the go!

It was the hottest day in June. I needed a smog check and registration. The guys were very friendly and even though they were very busy they worked me in and got me on my way.

Quick, efficient and friendly. Using them again, definitely! Even wiped down windshield which was not required! Nice guys!

They have 3 plus techs just standing around doing nothing for their last two hours and none of them can do a smog check... There was also kids playing near their machinery
