I needed stain for my fence to become compliant with my HOA. I guess I had no choice on which paint store to patronize because the HOA made the decision for me. But I will say, Kelly-Moore sure made it easy. I walked in, told them the HOA name and gave them linear fence feet. They had my stain mixed and ready in no time. Both employees were super nice and helpful. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. I had just enough stain to finish the job. I can't complain.

I took a paint sample for color matching, yesterday. I was nervous that the color would be off and I’d have to paint the whole wall and not just the 1 square foot needed. I tested on a switch cover before applying to the wall. The color is 100% a perfect match. Thank you Kelly Moore!

I went to get some fence stain today. I had never been to this or any other paint store and had no clue what to expect. I walked in and in less than 15 seconds was welcomed and assisted. This was some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Hands down. If I ever need painting supplies, I'm coming here. Great service. I wish I had caught the employee's name today because this dude deserves a promotion!

Oh No No no. Run as fast as you can. I sent a elderly friend down to get paint for a deck. The manager who was there took extreme advantage of her. 4 gallons of paint 256 dollars she told him she only needed 2 in the beginning he hard sold her and said oh no you will need 4 he told her not to worry then snidely laughed at her when she brought 2 back sneered NO refunds Lady. Run from here the mgr did this to her Shame on him

I am always excited to see wonderful customer service. Unfortunately it happens less and less these days so when I notice it I always want to make sure to say something! I needed some paint and only had the first name of the painter that painted our house previously. After some digging, the associate was able to find the paint and color that I used. The entire time he had a positive demeanor and demonstrated wonderful customer service. A few days later I needed another gallon and called only to find out that that paint was out of stock and it was a Saturday at closing time. The assistant manager apologized for not having that paint and said that he would come in (on his day off) on Monday to get the paint I needed from across town. Now that is customer service! I highly recommend getting all of your painting supplies from this company! Customer service like this does not go unnoticed!

Don't believe the employees at this Kelly Moore store. They told me that Kelly Moore doesn't carry quarts anymore. I went on Kelly Moore's website and ordered a quart. Guess where it was mixed? I'm 99.99999999 sure they filled the can right there at the Los Altos store.

Kelley More Pant has gone to the bottom. They do not make quarts of paint they only sell gallons that come already mixed from the factory. I can tell you from experience that Navajo White is way darker than t. The kid on my way out sarcastically told met have a nice day. The manager said nothing to the clerk. I don't find their paint to be any better than the other brands. ?

I had an issue regarding the type of paint I purchased.It was merely due to one of the employees inexperience.I went back an explained my situation and Kyle the MGR not only took care of my issue he went over and beyond.He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, generous and professional. My doors I painted look great and I’m so glad I went there.

Disappointed. Dropped off a Match on Friday @330 and was told they close at 4. Seemed early but not a big deal, then was told they were closed Saturday. Not happy about that but what can i do. Monday comes and I received a call from a very rude employee. I was told a approximate price per gallon in store and when I was told my total over the phone it was much higher then I was expecting. After a few questions about my order the employee started to yell at me telling me to call Danny. Apparently he thought I said I was gonna call Danny. I still do not know who Danny is or what he was talking about. I'm glad I shopped here a few times before switching my accts as the customer service needs some help. I will gladly continue to travel farther to get my supplies.

Had 2 gallons of paint mixed up and when i went to pick up, 90.00 freakin dollars. This place is a rip off , never go there again
