I was traveling through and needed a spare tire replaced, the service was absolutely top notch. The young lady at the front counter was super helpful and friendly, and when she asked one of the guys in the back if it was possible to get me taken care of quickly, he came out immediately and grabbed the tire. I was in and out in under 20 minutes. Great people, wonderful service, couldn't have asked for better. Huge thanks to the team at Les Schwab!

I've been going to this location for about 20 years now. They always have my safety in mind with all they do.

Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish! I brought my truck in for a lift kit install, and I couldn’t be happier with both the results and the service. From the moment I walked in, Nathan greeted me with a great attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for the project. You could tell right away—this wasn’t just another job to him, he was excited to work on my truck.
Nathan walked me through all the options, answered every question with confidence, and made sure I felt comfortable with the process. His passion for trucks and attention to detail really showed, and it gave me total peace of mind knowing my vehicle was in such capable hands.
The whole team seemed just as pumped about the install, and that positive energy carried through the entire experience. The lift kit came out perfect—better than I imagined—and I left the shop feeling like my truck had been treated with serious pride and care.

Manager did not listen at all. He tried to do his own thing. After the tire got fixed it still leaks.

I want to thank the young man that was so helpful to me. I don’t remember his name. I was traveling from Reno back home to Oregon and a short time realized I had a flat tire. The store was not open yet but he came to help me as soon as he got to work, changed my tire then I was able to go to his store where he checked my tire and it had to be replaced( which they did at no cost). They took good care of me and my car and I am very thankful.

Bad customer experience. I've been to several Les Schwab locations with impeccable customer service. Went their location to service a work vehicle and was greeted rudely and ask to sit and wait for another associate that could assist me.. 20 minutes later a gentleman stormed in and asked for my keys nothing more.. The location was not incredibly busy but every 30 minutes I would periodically check to see the progress on getting tires replaced.. looks like they were taking customers that arrived after me to service them so unfortunately it took them 2 hours 45 minutes to swap four tires. Unfortunately I will not be returning to this location for tires ever again.

One of the better Les Schwab's in the Reno area. They seem to pay attention to details and not be as careless with appointment times. Recommended.

If I could give zero stars I would. My car was struck while under their care. At pick up the blonde woman at the front tried to tell me I had brought in my vehicle that way, I then asked to speak to a manager and she gave Nathanael my information and said they would call me back. Nathanael the manager said they would be taking care of the bill as it happened while they were providing a balance and rotation to my tires. He said that after speaking to his crew they did in fact notice that the car did not come in damage but ended up so in between services. I tried several times to contact their team to provide estimates and kept being told Nathaneal was not in so I went through my insurance, Nathaneal was informed of this and said that they would then work it out with them. It is now six months since the accident and I was left high and dry with the bill as they refused to answer any of my insurance calls or take ownership of the damage caused. They also claim it was a hit and run by another vehicle, but after taking it to High Tech Collision the repair team all agreed the damages resembled that of them backing up to something smaller than a vehicle. I will provide pictures so you all can be the judge of it as well. I’m honestly so distressed and feel robbed and taken advantage of. Avoid this place like the plague, they will damage your vehicles and play dumb afterwards. I am now left to seek legal counsel because they refused to take care of any damages.

I had a low tire, he didn't just check that one out, he checked all four. Very nice and quick service even though I wasn't a paying customer.

Very nice people there at that Les Schwab because of my health problems they check my air and my tires for me and very nice about it they do it all the time.. they got my vote thanks guys
