This store does not do Trade-Ins for old Levi pants. I had brought in Jeans and asked to trade them in and I was told Levi's did away with the program --but the truth is this specific store does not participate in that program

Good selection of jeans and jackets, and the store wasn’t overcrowded. Prices were about what you’d expect for an outlet, not super cheap but way better than mall retail. Employees were helpful and the fitting rooms were clean. Scored a pair of 501s I’ve been wanting.

They charged me over $30 too much on a clearance item and couldn't correct it remotely. Really? In this day and age??? We have to track all the way back from an hour away to get this corrected?? That's nuts.

Took my son shopping for some new pants and got him 2 pairs of Levi's jeans and a new jacket for $75 out the door. The customer service there was also impeccable
